  Welcome to the RiverClan Census, please make sure to read the below before adding your character to it!
  Check the OFFICIAL RIVERCLAN GUIDE and THE RIVERCLAN DISCORD to plot with your fellow fishcats!
  
  A character may apply to be added to the census after THREE ( 3 ) In-Character posts with them have been made!
  Please make sure to add yourself to the census to be chosen for future plots and patrols!
  If your character is removed for the 3 week inactivity you need to meet the same three IC post requirements to be re-added!
  * (new) Elders are the exception, and must be inactive for 3 months to face removal!
  The Census is cleaned up on the 1st of every month and on the 15th of every month!
