ADDERSNAP — I. STAINED GLASS EYES & COLORFUL TEARS
entitled and close—minded, unmotivated and selfish. will always have his own intentions in mind, wanting the best for his own gain with no knowledge or understanding that he may be hurting others. likes attention and will manipulate the feelings of others in order to make himself feel better, often acting higher than he should be regarded as. a previous self—conscious apprentice turned recent warrior, he wants to be better than he is and often pushes himself past his limits. blames his parents for his disinterest in succeeding and holds a deep resentment for them, doesn't keep contact with most of his family.

  • addersnap, named for his strikingly similar appearance to the venomous snake, is a twelve month old warrior residing in thunderclan. he is a cisgender male, and uses he/him pronouns. he is demisexual, and struggles to make friendships with any of his clanmates due to his abrasive tone. born in greenleaf, he ages every moon on the twenty-ninth & will not change in age unless for plot reasons. he was formerly mentored by lead warrior leafhusk, and by mossywing. the latter lied to howlingstar for his reason to retire to the elder's den early in order to not have to train the stubborn boy any longer. loyal to thunderclan and certain individuals, feels no connection with his family in the current moment and rather defend those who have been at his side. new warrior uncomfortable in his rank, feeling exposed and pitiful but determined to prove himself worthy.

sweet as mint, tender and loving. stereotypical southern 'cowgirl', overly kind and as selfless as one could possibly be. appears weak at first glance due to stature & loving nature yet fights with the strength of an adult wolf. a bit of a flirt, usually throwing remarks to any guy she finds slightly attractive to keep her entertained. usually not one to keep relationships going, though she hopes to find the right one to be her mate more than anything. good with kits and often offers to help queens with their children if she believes they are too overwhelmed. playful and mischievous, loves to poke fun wherever she can. a good shoulder to cry on, good with helping others regulate their emotions and tries to be there them more than she is for herself. mannerisms include speaking with a delicate long drawl & using uncommon dialect to most in the clans, often calls others "sweetie/sweetheart," "hun/honey," "mister/miss" (when acceptable), over/under-annunciates a's and cuts off n's. nibbles on wheat when stressed, sings when alone to eliminate silence, walks with a haughty gait.

mentality. rambunctious & giggly, bundle of energy and sweetness. doesn't possess a mean bone in his body and often gets confused if someone talks to him in an aggressive way, taking it as them just being stressed and not that they would ever be upset with him. extroverted, always looking to make friends so he has plenty of people to talk to. has a habit of jumping around when excited, a smile always present on his cheeky features. sometimes gets down wondering why some of his clanmates don't like him for being a kittypet, but usually pushes it away whenever anyone sees him or shares the same feelings, trying to be that happy face for everyone. burdens himself by not putting his emotions first but instead those of others.

  • prev. to clans taken in by a twoleg after being discovered with a broken back leg as a young kit, named 'seal' for his color/pattern similarities to the water dwellers. it is unknown even to him how he had gotten it, but it can be assumed he had gotten it possibly by tripping over a branch. it took a while to heal, but when it did it managed to remain perfectly in place. he does not know his parents or why he was alone when found, but thankful to have been found by his twolegs. however, he loves to explore and immediately wanted to check out the clans when he heard about them, dragging his adoptive — rescue sibling toast along with him to where they will be introduced.
