*+:｡.｡ Bugpaw's multicolored feet practically float above the ground with how consistently she bounces against it. Excitement couldn't even begin to explain her feelings as she trails after Ploverhop, a new face she'd never properly acquainted herself with now turned best friend - so says she! "Thanks for helping me, Ploverhop!" she mews not for the first time as she trails her pale lemon gaze over every new shadow and curve, awed by how big the world truly is. She'd gotten a glimpse of the forest when she was allowed to leave camp early to visit her pappa, but this was a whole new area, one that she was exploring completely alone, away from her family. She thrummed with excitement. It was all she could do to keep the nervousness at bay, so she steam-rolled into everything that made her happy before the negative feeling could dare take root.
"Mamma's going to love the surprise!"
All of this began when she'd asked Ploverhop, after noticing they were going on a one-cat walk, if they could get something for her. Out of the kindness of their heart, or perhaps caught up in the tease of reminding Bugpaw that, thanks to her promotion, she no longer needed to sit and wait for warriors to do all the work for her, they ended up inviting her to join them. "Where do the best flowers grow? Are there different kinds? Do you know which one my mamma likes the best?" on and on the little girl babbles, hopping along beside Ploverhop, behind them, or in front of them depending on how strong of a burst her energy came.
