He doesn't know why he's doing this- he really doesn't like Briarpaw all that much after her participation in the gossip about Sparrowpaw and himself. Besides, he liked his current group of friends! They were all pretty nice to be around, but something.. Something didn't feel so right, leaving Briarpaw out of the fun. What could hurt him, if he could befriend the molly? His eyelashes flutter as he walks over to the slouching Briarpaw after the whole Thistleback issue. Her father loved her very much, and yet she was acting like a brat just because they'd have one more addition to the family? Even he accepted that Skykit and Dusk-kit would be part of their lives now, even if he didn't like the idea.
"Briarpaw," He greets the molly, fully expecting some smart remark about how he needed to go bother someone else. Nonetheless, he takes a seat beside the smaller apprentice and smiles instead. "I'm sorry about.. The troubles with your family. I know how you feel."
