2024 SUMMER MASS ADOPTS SIGN-UPS

It’s that time again! New season, new mass adopts! You can add any relationship you would like, such as kin of your character, a plot character, etc.

Please note the following rules before signing up:

• The adopted characters must be in ThunderClan! The point of these adopts is to bring new characters into the clan, after all!
• By signing up, you are giving me permission to accept character applications on your behalf. I will ensure all genetics and other rules for the adopt are followed before accepting. If you want control over who adopts your characters, please create your own personal adopts! These will be first come first serve as long as the specifications you lay out are followed by the applicant.
• Your character you are adopting out slots for must be currently active (on the census). It can be a bummer to adopt a slot only to find out their relation is not being roleplayed at the moment.

- naming theme is emotions/feelings or things associated with them!! i.e. love, joy, wrath, but also things like fear, anger, pride, laugh, cheer, giggle, and so on!
- no super angst-heavy babies please!! smaller things are fine but please don't kill them off or anything like that for a while
- parents are npcs but they are good and loving parents! kind of a subset of the rule above really, just please don't make them hate their parents or siblings for no reason

✦ Naming theme will be heavily based off any type of animal: bugs, fish, birds, etc. Their mother would've taken into consideration other animal Clan names she found unique and would have used some of those for this litter
✦ I def want Adder to have some type of an older brother figure so I would want 1 of the slots to be masc-identifying !!
✦ These parents are NPC and love this litter specifically more than Adderpaw since he was born an only-child and much later than the others (poor baby was not planned </3). So these siblings may either not really like Adderpaw so much since he's reclusive and blunt, or they would've been someone for him to look up to!
✦ Can be any activity, but if inactive over the course of a couple months I may rehome your character!

Kits can be blue, lilac, blue tabby, lilac tabby, blue point, lilac point, blue lynx point, or lilac lynx point
- kits will be longhaired

- point kits will have blue eyes; non-point kits without white can have any realistic eye color besides blue; non-point kits with white can have any realistic eye color
- black-based kits will carry chocolate; non-point kits will carry point; tabbies will carry solid
Rules & Misc.: - Casual activity is welcome but more than two months inactivity without notice will result in the sibling being rehomed!
- Palefire and her littermates were orphaned at birth. Their father, Bramblethroat died before they were born in a rogue attack, and their mother Willowbrook died giving birth to them. They were raised by the queens in the clan and were loved by their clanmates. Some angst about their tragic background is allowed (palefire deeply hates rogues), but please keep in mind that palefire would've always loved and supported her littermates through it all.

- Optional naming theme is color & forest inspired prefixes!

Kits can be black, chocolate, black tabby, chocolate tabby, or albino masking any of those colors
- kits will be shorthaired
- full color kits can have no white or low white; albino kits can mask no white or low white
- full color kits without white can have any realistic eye color besides blue; full color kits with white can have any realistic eye color; albino kits will have pink eyes
- kits will be 50% Oriental Shorthair and may display some breed traits
- tabbies will display mackerel pattern; solids will mask mackerel
- black-based kits will carry chocolate; tabbies will carry solid; full color kits may or may not carry albinism
Rules & misc:
- parents are not around!! it can be assumed that they died at some point after the kids became apprentices
- please don’t kill them right away! keep them around until at least warrior age; after that they are yours to do as you please
- warn me if you plan to drop them! if they have more than 10 posts they will be left alone, but if there are not at least 10 posts before the character is dropped, the slot will be made available again
- optional naming theme is appearance-based names!! not necessary, but a choice if you like naming themes
