[ ☾ ] Slow, deep breaths came from the blue tabby as mud squealched under large paws. There was absolutely nothing to be worried about, it wasn't like there was bad blood between them or anything short of pleasantries. Maybe it was the daunting fact that this was the leader of Skyclan, the end all be all of the clan, and it made things a little intimidating. Hailstone didn't know why it was so intimidating, but he felt like he had to be extra polite in his conversation or at least not as casual. Maybe it was just jitters from what he wanted to talk about, it was a large step.
A whole unknown step into an abyss that could only be described as the forest. This place had become something of special to him, the cats had welcomed him in with open arms and even though things had been tough this winter- he was proud of what they've come to. What Skyclan has become since the very day Blazestar announced it as such. Something he has been debating lately with Skyclan was the position of being a Daylight warrior. While he loved his twolegs, his home since he was little, it was time to make a decision. There wasn't a way he could be a good mentor, a good son, a good mate with a paw in each world.
With the blizzard gone, the invaision lulled and things looking more towards a poistive lighting- it was time for it all to come to a head. Hailstone had made a decision, one he had yet to share with Orangeblossom or his mother, and Blazestar was going to be the first to know about it. "So sorry to drag you out here, sir, I'm sure you had more to do than a silly patrol," Hailstone mused to the tom with his rather deep, monotoned voice and vague inclinations with a joke, "But I had a favor to ask of you, if you'll hear me out,"
