private after dark . pepper

Churro moves with a purpose, but not without darting eyes in every corner of the twoleg place, every shadow that moves. Her injuries are still healing, but her friends questions outweigh the potential danger that lays in the dark- normally she'd be in camp, she finds herself there more and more, but theres a little birdie that had told her a rumor, and ope! She needs to fix it quite quickly. She reaches her friends fence, bunches up her hindlegs and leaps. She lands quite heavily on her injured shoulder, sucking in a sharp hiss of pain before her eyes search.

She finds Pepper in the yard and she offers a sweet smile, resting her tail off the side of the fence with a small adjustment of her paws. "Hola, mi amigo!" she calls out with a chipper voice like always, she doesn't let her doubts show other than slight paranoid glances behind her. "A little birdie told me you were looking for information on the clans, si?" she grins because she knows she'll be of help, shes a daylight warrior after all. "You're lucky it reached my ears, señorita! I can tell you allll about it!" shes beaming, back to normal old Churro. Skyclan was truly her pride and joy.

Reactions: PEPPER !
Stretching, eyes drooping languidly, mouth torn open in a desperate yawn.

She.
Was.
So.
Bored.

She'd been stuck in the house for ages, and even when she was let outside, this city had very little to do in it. There was no excitement, there was nothing to put herself towards, it was just leisure all day every day. Some cats she had talked to were very happy with how sleepy the town was; they always responded like they'd just drank a gallon of milk: half-asleep and very comfortable, like life was good without spice. And sure, she tried to spice people's lives up some - that was her namesake, after all - but it never seemed to quite stick, they'd always get heated or excited for a moment and then return to their droopy 18 hour naps.

So she decided it wasn't worth it, at least not today, at least not until the need to move and do wriggled its way burning up her spine and made her dance along to make another cat extremely mad.

At least, that was until she heard the soft thump-hiss of someone having a bad landing in her yard. Her head snaps to the source of the sound, eyes wide, legs paused in the middle of a stretch - then she sees it's just Churro, and she relaxes. Well, it's not quite relaxing - she's no longer ready to question some sort of intruder into her home, but she doesn't deflate or relax her muscles or her eyes. Instead, she springs to her feet in an instant, rushing over to her friend (already forgetting about the hiss part of the thump-hiss she had heard earlier). "Ay, Churro! So good to see you, you have no idea how BORED I was sitting in this lawn." She lets her friend continue, and hearing what she has to say, her tail springs up in excitement. "Yes, please, speaking of bored - this whole town is so boring, and from what I've heard of the clans, they're at least not that. And there's, like, stuff to do there, right?" She was incredibly excited, now - this day had turned out to be much less boring than she had feared.
