✧ Taller than the average cat, Mudpelt's body is positioned on long, powerful legs that end in large paws. This, paired with his deep chest and large build, makes him a formidable opponent in battle. His short pelt is a solid chocolate color with paler browns around his face, chest, paws and underside, and he is incredibly sleek-furred without a single tuft that stands up. His eyes are a warm amber and all that is left of his tail is a stump after an injury in his kithood. Overall, he is a strong and attractive cat, and he knows it.

✧Despite his tough kithood as an orphan, Mudpelt is still a laid-back and fun-loving cat and possesses a good sense of humor, in contrast to his older brother. He is also expressive, naive, high-spirited, enthusiastic, and comfortable in his own skin. At the same time, he is not without insecurities, having a degree of sensitivity over his inability to hunt as well as his clanmates. He has a knack for getting himself into trouble and is typically an optimist, enjoying attention where he can get it. He is very fun but will readily admit that he's not good at reading other cats' emotions. He is also not the best at keeping secrets as he will often accidentally blab about something that he's not supposed to. His naive and immature personality is attributed to his past, as his brother attempted to shield him from the harsh realities of the world after their parents were killed by a fox. Despite differences between their personalities, Mudpelt shares a close bond with his brother. However, he lacks the other's confidence, which leaves him to often doubt his own abilities and needing to be reassured by others. He can also get starstruck when in the presence of powerful figures, such as the clan leader or deputy, or even medicine cat. Despite such nervousness, he is always respectful and deferential. Although helpful and friendly, Mudpelt is also protective of the cats he cares about and will spring to the defense of his friends and family. Even still, he is generally forgiving of others, even if they have wronged him or those he cares about. He is an idealist, always motivated by a strong desire to help others and make their lives better.
