"AND THOUGH THE EMBERS ARE NEW, WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T LET THE FIRE DIE"
It had been a while since Emberstar had been so eager to relax. It reminded her of her days as a loner, really. When she had done so much hunting and fighting that every spare moment had been an opportunity to rest up for when her energy would be needed next. It had felt like a miracle, when she first came to this territory and found that as a part of a group she could find time to talk and socialize. Now though, it wasn't anything physical that exhausted her, but the mental tax of running a clan and all the troubles it brought with it.

As such, the tiny, scarred molly was dozing just outside her den, her eyes only open a crack. She liked watching the camp full of life and joy. In fact, she was so fond of it that she sometimes wished she didn't have a den to herself. It was so much lonelier, to sleep on her own.

Surprisingly, Emberstar was one of the clanmates that Dewkit had not had the opportunity to get to know. Beyond knowing she was the leader? Dewkit couldn't name a single thing about her that she knew. Odd really, Dewkit knew several of her clanmates but not the most important ones. Was that true of every kit in ThunderClan? Any clan for that matter? Seeing as her leader was resting in camp, she knew this would be a good time as any to learn more about her. “Good morning miss Emberstar!” Sitting near the woman, the child would offer her a polite smile as she waited for her response. Not thinking further ahead to see what she could say in response, the child would have to come up with something on the spot.

"AND THOUGH THE EMBERS ARE NEW, WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T LET THE FIRE DIE"
A smile crept onto the leader's face as Dewkit approached her, and she chuckled softly. "Miss, huh?" she mused, with good humor. "No one has ever called me miss before." Did that make her old now? She didn't think so, but it made her feel old, that was for sure. Nowadays, a lot of cats called her a lot of important things, but miss felt more fitting for her mother than her. More fitting for Howling Wind too, she was pretty old.

"Good morning Dewkit." Emberstar greeted back with a nod. "How are you doing today?"
