( ) Lilith lay within a shadow of the camp walls, eyes of shimmering amber watched each clan cat that passed her with intense interest. On the outside the smile that graced her face was one of charm, poise, and friendliness that almost seemed to beckon one closer to her; to sit and have a chat or a meal. But on the inside, the molly was plotting. Always plotting how best to sink her claws into those before her. Her mind endlessly turns to ideas and daydreams of these new clanmates' uses and how they could benefit her.

How they could help her achieve her goal of harnessing whatever strange power Sootstar held that made her immortal. Thinking of the small leader would cause Lilith to purr, a sound that would come across as contentment but actually was the rumbling of pure sadistic delight. Perhaps one day she would be able to experiment on the tiny windclan leader as she wished. Her mind would snap to attention as she settled on a few of these cats she was supposed to be 'bonding' with, and so she would rise to her paws and saunter over; an ever-present smile of ease and innocent on her maw.

"Hello everyone, anything I can help with today?" Her tone was kind, warm even, as she addressed those around her with a small nod of respect. Because in order to get the information she needed, she must first earn these silly little cats' trust.

The question was clearly not directed at him, but Goat lacks care.
There was a jab on the upper part of his shoulder, certain what that feeling was... one of the last ticks of the season. Good gods it was driving him furious! Little bugger kept nipping, wouldn't latch, so begone with him!

"Would ye be so kind as to search my shoulder 'ere for a tick?" If she denied he would demand, use to the way of rogue life and how to go about getting what you want...

Weird, all of these new faces- he'd hardly gotten used to WindClan being here to stay, and now it was even bigger! It was funny that it'd taken him this long to get used to it, and the land below their paws {even snow-cloaked) was, in Mallowlark's mind, his. These moors belonged to his family, him by proxy, despite everything that pointed otherwise. They were so gracious back then not to have torn Sootstar and her troupe to bits! Ribbons, flesh-streamers on the floor! They could have done it, they could have-

Goat piped up, peppy offer peppered in the hotpot that Lilith threw her question into. A laugh, distinctive and loud- that silence-breaking screech of a cackle- tor from his throat, raucous in volume. What an offer! "HAAHAhaha- gross!" Humoured, he chirped a comment but hardly offered anything else- he couldn't bear to, with the giggling escaping him like this! Tightening his grinning jaws, Mallowlark moved a night-gloved paw to cover his mouth slightly, head bowed- the noise of him attempting to force back his laughter almost sounded as if he was attempting to swallow his own throat.

( ) Mantissong looked passively at Lilith as she spoke, large white tail curling around her frame, pale eyes observing with the equal interest that the other had. Predators looking for their chance to seize even a bit of power within this chess game, equal minds. A friendly smile was given so one was returned, lips pulling back to reveal the pearly whites of the alabaster she-cat's long teeth. Cats with personalities like herself were easy to pick out, because they operated just like she did, and when she came across cats like herself, there were two options. Befriend them and keep them under her paw, her observant eye a constant to ensure she always stayed a few pawsteps ahead, or an enemy... someone she would have to actively work to sabotage and eliminate from the rat race.

Mantissong inhaled, ready to greet the other, when another one of the rogues interrupted about some disgusting tick, the snowy she-cat's shoulder fur spiking ever so subtly as Mallowlark's sharp laugher and comment stabbed the air afterward, powdery eyes flicking to watch him nearly choke on his own amusement. That, in of itself, was amusing, and caused herself to bubble with laughter, cutting her eyes toward Lilith. How quaint, the little mongrel was being asked to do an apprentice duty. The idea was sweet for her, the mere innocent question of the elderly tom almost seemingly establishing the line deeper in the sand that Mantissong believed would always be there. "Mmm, yes, does seem like the apprentices are quite busy, perhaps you can fetch some mouse bile aswell? Would hate for us to have an outbreak," She said sweetly, crossing her paws infront of herself with an almost innocent flutter of her eyes to the other femme, hoping she'd be a good little pet and do as she was told, just like Sootstar expected of these beast.
//ic opinions. she's fucking horrible lol

( ) Lilith was more than used to Goat, the elder tom a frequent face among the rogues she had been living with as of late. The smile that played upon her maw was a humble one as if she were nothing more than a sweet and gentle molly who was more than happy to sister one of her dear friends.

"Well, of course, Goat. You should have come to me sooner if something was troubling you." She takes a seat beside the elder, paws being delicate as they lightly brushed through Goats' shoulder fur in search of whatever was ailing him. The sudden outburst from Mallow didn't seem to bother her either, in fact to any cat watching it was almost as if the alabaster toms' laugh was contagious as she too fell into a small giggle at the declaration of 'gross' he had made.

Her copper gaze would flicker over to Mantissong as she spoke, Lilith seeming to simply smile and listen, but in her mind, she knew. This one was very much like her, and yet the delicacy and the precision that one needed to hide their true colors from the world was lacking to the point of disgust. How pathetic could one be to be so openly obvious in one's ploy?

A smile would play on the molly's lips as she simply purred, "No need." Finding the tick that resided on Goats' shoulder, she would grip it carefully between her teeth and remove it with gentle yet firm pressure. Spitting the tick out in Mantissongs direction, Lilith would purr as she carefully laid Goats' fur back down, offering him a smile before turning to Mantis.

"I don't think an outbreak is something to worry about. It's getting colder after all, and you usually don't see many of them during the cold moons." Copper would meet pale blue as she smirked and cooed, "But if you're worried about it, Mantissong, I'd be more than happy to check your pelt for ticks. It's looking a tad scruffy today."

Bouncing over with her usual manic energy, she frowns at the group for a change. "Why would ya wanna get rid of 'em? They're good for you," bugs were always good - how else were they supposed to clean wounds and keep the sickness away? Mama' had always told her so after all, and she was real good 'bout caring for her bugs. Her ears gives an absent flick, itching again but she's to lazy to pause in her rocking and wobbling. After waiting a pause, she simply shrugs to herself and plops right on down to join the fun - though other than getting rid of bugs, she's not actually sure what they're to be doing.
