  The son of the Pine Group's founder, Squallmist was raised with the expectation of the group's future to be carried on his shoulders. After the Great Battle and the founding of the clans, his future has shifted, his legacy fallen. ​

  A SILVER TABBY TOM WITH ONE GREEN EYE, ONE BLIND EYE ✦ TOYHOUSE . Of a medium stature, Squallmist's sturdy appearance is mostly attributed to his long fur, of which is thickest on his chest and tail. A stormy appearance is brought on by dark, swirling stripes that contrast the silver sky of fur they've rolled in on. A thick stripe that begins at the middle of his face and trails down his back - ultimately consuming his tail in its shadowy tones - is the centerpiece of his markings. Though his chest and belly remain the palest of the silver hue - void of storm-filled stripes, save for a dark, heart-shaped splotch in the middle of his chest - it is his muzzle that is the lightest part of his fur, as if a cumulus cloud drifted its way into gloomy skies. His eyes are a pale green, like the skies that warn of severe storms preparing to make landfall.

  Despite often appearing calm and collected, Squallmist has a tendency to react like the sudden, violent gusts of wind he is named after. A cat who often feels out of place - stemming from his abandonment as a kit - Squallmist is quick to snap in a combative demeanor, ready to defend himself - and his family - if need be.
  
  He sometimes finds himself wondering about his biological family and whether his parents are still out there, but can't imagine ever going to search for them. Though Rain took him and his siblings in, Squallmist can't help but to feel like he'd be a better son in both Rain and SkyClan's eyes if he were truly his kin, rather than simply being one of the many kits he's taken in.
  
  Outside of the storm, Squallmist is quick-witted and always on the move, helping to build the group up in whichever way he's needed. Squallmist often struggles with grief over the legacy and family he has lost.
