Scorchfrost hadn't had an apprentice in a while. He'd had a few throughout his time in Shadowclan, although he didn't see much of them these days, but it had been a while. He was rusty when it came to taking one apprentice out, much less four of them, but he'd committed himself to it and now he was 'tagging along'. He told Minkpaw that she could lead the group but, assuming the agreement of listening to him held true, Scorchfrost wouldn't hesitate to take them away from any particularly dangerous areas. He was only one warrior, regardless of how experienced he was, and they were young apprentices. He wasn't dealing with border or predator conflict today.
" Minkpaw. " He started, bringing himself up beside the apprentice. He spoke loudly, making sure everyone could hear him. " What's your goal for this outing? Do you want to do anything specific or just adventure about? " He could point them the right way if a specific event or place was wanted but he was fine with wandering. " All of you others as well. Do you have any ideas in mind? "
