SWEETPAW - THUNDERCLAN - MALE - 6 MONTHS - SINGLE - HOMOSEXUAL (UNDISCOVERED)

It was a surprisingly mild day, all things considered. The ground was still covered in snow and the prey was still nowhere to be seen, but the sun had broken through the clouds and the wind was still for the first time in weeks, leaving the air around them almost tolerable in temperature.

Sweetpaw had ventured outside of camp to stretch his legs that morning when he'd decided on an impromptu climbing lesson, inspired by seeing Cherrypaw training the day prior. He didn't dare climb any higher than the first low-hanging limb of the tree, a pathetic nine feet or so off the ground, but at least if he fell he wouldn't be too injured to make it back to camp. Besides, he was still just learning, so this was fine, surely?

Balanaced on the snow-covered branch, he delighted in the fact that he seemed to have a natural grace as he sat there looking down at the ground, green eyes flickering when they suddenly spotted movement. Patchpaw.. With a smile he waited until the shecat was right beneath him, and then he gave a little hop. A large but harmless clump of snow suddenly dislodged itself, aimed right at the unsuspecting feline beneath him.

THERE'S A WORLD THAT WAS MEANT FOR OUR EYES TO SEE

She had decided to take a nice, sweet walk away from camp to clear her mind, having been running around challenging Stormypaw, sharing fresh-kill with her brother even though his coughing fits were getting worse, dealing with her dad's overbearing need to protect her, and leaf-bare taking its toll on the poor molly. What she didn't expect, though, was her mind to be cleared literally as a clump of snow softly thumps on top of her head. She yelps as she falls into the snow, practically buried underneath save for her tiny twitching tri-colored tail. After a moment of laying still underneath it trying to piece together what just happened, Patchpaw pokes her head out of the snow and looks up towards the sky in confusion. In fact, she was half expecting another clump of snow to fall on top of her when her eyes rest on a familiar sight--Sweetpaw!

"Oh, you suck!" She shouts up at the tom with a jolly laugh, pulling herself out of the snow with some effort. "I'm so coming after you! Just--once I get my paws free, oh you'll be so regretting that!"

Finally, Patchpaw felt her last foot break free from the snow's icy grasp, and a vivacious, wicked grin spreads across her face. Finally. With a startling burst of speed and agility, she twists to latch her claws onto the bark, pulling herself up at a rather surprising speed. After watching Stormypaw do it so many times over, she was beginning to pick up on her much more effective technique, too, and now she was going to make Sweetpaw regret it!
"I'm coming for you, and there's no hiding from me!" Patchpaw calls out merrily, and though she's amped up, she wasn't genuinely serious about her 'threats'--actually, she found it quite relieving, being able to joke like this with another apprentice.

With a strong leap, she attempts to tackle Sweetpaw while they're both on the branch in an effort to pin him down, and it creaks under their combined weight and the sudden change of pressure...

SWEETPAW - THUNDERCLAN - MALE - 6 MONTHS - SINGLE - HOMOSEXUAL (UNDISCOVERED)

There was something about moments like these that he cherished deeply. something he would never be able to truly justify by putting it into words. It reminded him of the days he'd spent with his siblings, where things like easy conversation, laughter, and casual play came as naturally as breathing to him. There'd been a closeness there, a companionship that he hadn't been able to replicate after having to leave them, and it was only after being accepted into Thunderclan that he'd been able to find some semblence of it again.

There was a thrill that shot through him as Patchpaw declared her revenge on him, hauling herself out of the snow and launching up the side of the tree he was in with an enthusiasm that had him vibrating with that nervous-excitement that was unique to the feeling of being chased.

He can't help the excited shriek that escaped him as she tackled him onto the branch, the sound quickly erupting into laughter once he'd been pinned down, paws trying to shove playfully at her shoulders as he struggled beneath her.

"Don't be mad! I was just giving you some extra cover so the prey wouldn't see you coming!" he replied through his smiles and laughter, momentarily forgetting that he wasn't exactly on the ground until the branch let out a large SNAP! and suddenly, he was falling.

He let out a yelp of surprise, body instinctively twisting in the air so that he would land on his paws- only, there wasn't solid ground beneath him to land on. Call it irony, call it karma, but a second later he was plunged into the very pile of snow he'd buried Patchpaw in a moment prior, disappearing into the snow as the branch landed somewhere beside him.

A moment later his head popped out of the snow, covered in white flakes as wide green eyes glanced around in concern for his friend. "Patchpaw?"

He wouldn't be able to acknowledge his own hilarious misfortune until he was sure she was okay.
