DEERSONG xx THISTLEBACK | former deputy & current warrior / current Lead warrior

This is the readoption of Eveningpaw's littermates! who are at this time, 5 moons old.

Thistleback and Deersong fell in love the old-fashioned way, a couple who somehow stay madly in love despite the hell and high-water surrounding them. The kits were born at the eve of winter, as ice climbs across the land so does clan tensions. Windclan's raid in the blizzard marked the horizon of their journey to apprenticeship. Their mother, steps down from deputy and falls into a deep depression in which she is currently recovering from. Thistleback, after executing Kuiper a serial murderer- is facing troubles of his own. However, nothing will separate or bring down this family. As spring swells around them, the offspring of Deersong and Thistle train to be warriors.... beloved by their parents.

IMPORTANT NOTES
* Coyotepaw is seen as their brother. Though he was stolen by Windclan before they were born, and arrived when they were given their apprentice names. They were told the story about how Leopardcloud (died of cancer) escaped the cruelty of her mate and Coyotepaw's father, Juniperfrost ( killed by Hyacinthbreath of Riverclan ) and how Windclan came to claim him back after two moons. Coyotepaw chose to go with his father, and lead Windclan into camp during the blizzard to steal herbs. Since then he has returned and earned his place back among Skyclan.
* Thistleback would've raised them to hate Windclan.

A sh lilac tortie with high white and heterochromia Standing at 5 inches tall and weighin in at 6lbs, Briarpaw is a rather small individual with a more willowy stature and lithe shoulders. They tend to resemble Deersong in the face with a narrow head, rounded eyes and a small nose. Fae has a short coat that is velvety to the touch and often times very well groomed. Her coat is a beautiful lilac tortieshiell color with dark and lighter patches dappling her fur. Whtie freckles her left cheek, both shoulders and white covers the entirety of her chest, legs, tail and half of her face. Briarpaw also has heterochromia with a pale blue-green eye on the white half of her face and the other being a vibrant yellow color.

( + ) Compassionate, Faithful, Honest ( / ) Impressionable, Competitive, Picky ( - ) Fickle, Hesitant, Immature Briarpaw is often described as a very sweet and loving individual, often taking a compassionate outlook to things and always thinking with her heart instead of her head. They are very faithful and pride themselves on being honest and open with everything. They're no stranger to just talking to someone out of the blue and showing genuine interest in their conversation, even if it is small talk.

Yet Briarpaw is still rather impressionable young cat and takes most things to heart even if they're a lie and fae has a bit of a competitive streak amongst faes' siblings. They wanna be the best warrior out there and determined to live up to the name of an ex-deputy and lead warrior like she should, and she feels she got very large pawprints to fill. Another thing about fae is that fae is picky. Fae is picky with their food and what fae eats, preferring small, scrawny animals over fat ones, picky with faers relationships and who fae talks too. Though its not from a snobbish perspective, they just have high standards.

Immature and hesitant, Briarpaw isn't the most confident apprentice out there. They will hesitate in battle often and even sometimes during a hunt, but they try to dissociate enough past that to be able to at least hunt. Briarpaw is also very fickle as they tend to move on from hobby to hobby, interest to interest, in a manner of hours to days sometimes. They're also like this with crushes or love interests, moving on rather quickly when all crashes and burns.

shaggy cream ticked tabby tom with curved ears and golden eyes ❥ ҉ ༄ smells woodsy and vaguely herbal. electric spires of wiry blonde - cream, all jagged cut ends and sharp edges — sunflowerpaw is the spitting masculine image of his mother, deersong, bathed in swathes of warm vanilla. he is long, thin pelted, wispy ends of sunny fur. ends flick up around the thicker parts of his feathered fur, like budding petals. plagued by eternal bedhead, sunny will never look all that well - kempt, forever as wild on the outside as he is on the inside. at five months old he is already leaning into the average skyclan height, bony limbs and an early growth spurt shaping him to a thin, towering stance. straight, sharp edged, blade - curved ears bring his figure to a jutting point, almost stilt - like to view from the front. a wonky adolescence he will be forever condemned to, never filling out his too - long legs and ears too big for sharp, angular features. eyes of brilliant gold settle deep in their sockets, often heavily lidded, giving him a sleepy, smug resting expression. when excited his eyes will widen, seeming to stretch just past their limits, over - expressive in intense emotion ever since kithood. he retains the same delicate curve of features as his mother but his father once again shows himself in his bite. long, curving fangs in a long, thin muzzle. they seem to outgrow his maw by just a mite, leaving canines to jut from his lip in a way similar to his mother — an unmistakeable hybrid of his parents, doused in shades of warm blonde.

POTENTIAL PLOTS —
born in the chill of leafbare, sunflower initially passed shortly after birth from newborn cerebral hypoxia. after a couple of minutes, dawnglare would be able to revive him by stimulating his breathing again, but the minutes he was left without oxygen will leave him with permanent brain damage.

• first discovered once his eyes open, sunflower’s injury was impossible to go unnoticed — luminaries of brilliant sunshine gold with wobbling, black pupils never quite matching in size. damaged as the result of lack of oxygen, subsequently leaving him prone to seizures ranging in severity, nosebleeds and general spontaneous aggression.​

ever since his eyes opened, sunflower has been a pawful for his parents and clanmates, having absolutely abysmal behavioral issues in early development. he is a bubbly child during kithood, excitable and loud, rambunctious to a fault.. until scorned. a stolen mossball, a bicker over who plays blazestar when pretending clans, sunflowerkit was known to fully attack other children. unsheathed claws and angry shouting — to which he was severely punished. he has always borne a bratty attitude, but it is highly amplified by severe, hair - trigger anger issues he struggles.
• the moment he is able to digest solids, he has presented a food aggression that will follow him throughout life. cannot share freshkill in any situation, please note that he will physically lash out if attempted!
• despite being over - eager to please, sunflowerpaw was raised with a competitive edge. while he will get along with fellow apprentices most of the time, he is known to be what he calls brutally honest. with little to no vocal filter and one hell of a mean streak when upset, he tends to say and do things that ultimately bully his peers with jabs and jokes at their expense.

a spiky-furred tortoiseshell with blue eyes, slightly protruding fangs, and very tall ears. nub tail.

Rosepaw has claimed his parents wholly. From the tall tips of his ears to the points of his teeth, he has made himself known to be theirs, and it has never been something he was not proud of. They are the pinnacle of strength in his mind; each similarity, a treasure. He was proud of his spiky fur as it grew in. And the color of his eyes, when they began to change. The only mar upon his appearance is the stub of his tail, a short little remnant of what should have been– a genetic defect, though one that did not affect him greatly aside from his esteem.

Even then, he is a handsome man. With his dad's coarse, spiky fur, tipped with his mother's faint curls, the gangliness of youth is fading fast from Rosepaw's frame. Training as an apprentice has grown his strength and his personal pride. He's a warrior, after all– he should most certainly look the part.​
