"Foxtail!" The meeting's ended, her warrior name now rests on her shoulders. But after a hasty few words with Owlcrest and a promise to find him again before their vigil starts to talk properly, she pushes through the crowd and beelines her way towards her mentor. Her former mentor, now. It won't hit her, not until tomorrow, the day after, when she wakes and it's not to meet Foxtail for training.
She hopes he doesn't find it unfair that she's only now, only so quickly, so minutely, understood Foxtail's significance in her life. A life that has gone for so long without a true idea of family, a life that's had to remold itself into a Clan's boundaries.
"Hi, Foxtail, uhm." It's only now that she realizes she actually had no plan on what to say to Foxtail. Thank you? That'd be weird. I wish we had more time? That just sounds even stranger. She takes a breath into her lungs as she lifts her gaze to her mentor's. "Are you busy? Uhm- if you're not busy, you could show me where I could put my nest in the Warrior's den...?" she mews softly, a classic in-between for her real thoughts. She already knows, without asking, without questioning, that Owlcrest's nest will be right next to her own again but maybe... maybe.
When did she ever consider that as something she might want? Why is it only now that she realizes that she's not ready to let Foxtail go?
"Is there... Well, is it crowded by you?"
