[BASILPAW]

The other day he had been having so much fun! when he had played in the snow with Scorchedmoon.Snowpaw,Frostbite,Lilacfur and Pipit!. To think stalking his favorite friend and her mentor would have led him to have one of the best times in his life!. Never had he thought warriors actually could be that fun!. He had always got the image of them being all dull and boring. But oh so wrong he had!. Since that day though he had been thinking alot about how cool mentors Snowpaw and Lividpaw had, both seeming to have such fun times with thier mentors. They where so close too!. Basilpaw wanted that too. He wished to have a such cool and fun mentor just like them!. Unfortunately he wasn't as close to Spiderwing like his brother and friend was, at least he didn't think so. Today he was planning to change that. If it had gone so well for Snowpaw to shut Scorchedmoon up by throwing a snowball at them who said it wouldn't work to his favor to?. It was worth a shot!. Basilpaw was convinced a snowball fight could solve anyone's problem.

" Hey Spiderwing!." Basilpaw called out to his mentor when they just had returned back to camp and had already prepared a snowball he had made in the snow and throw it straight towards them in hope to hit the back of their head just like Snowpaw had done. It didn't work as he had planned when Spiderwing turned their head around to face them and the ice cold snow hit the mentor right in their face. " Argh!." The warrior took a step back and spat out the snow that had come into their mouth while removing the rest of the snow that was stuck in their face with thier paw. " Basilpaw! what in starclan's name are you doing?!." Spiderwing snarled, bemused and cast daggers at their apprentice in wait for an explanation which knowing them would be a poor one. Basilpaw stared, not really having expected this reaction to be honest!. Uhm, what now?.

" Well i uhm, think we should have a snowball fight!. come on Spiderwing it's going to be so much fun!." Basilpaw tried to convince them by crouching down with his rump up in the air and jumped back and forth in the snow as he grinned expectantly up at them still hopeful for a fun time with his mentor!. He really badly wanted it!. " What?, no way i'm going to play such childish games!. " Spiderwing would snort, a disapproved grimace placed upon thier maw before they shook their head. " Seriously Basilpaw, you can be so annoying. " they would mutter lowly only for Basilpaw's ears to hear them before the tortie turned tail and with one final snort walked of leaving Basilpaw behind who still stood there crouched down with his rump up in the air with owl-looking eyes.

After a long moment of them staring after his mentor's disappeared form finally stood back up only to blankly lstare down at the snow with a distant look, like he had disappeared into his own world. What had he done wrong?...he wonderd.

Well, that was rude!

To be fair… Snipe would’ve been off put too if suddenly surprised with a face full of snow and ice. He imagines thats why the warrior had turned foul so quickly. Snipe had idle paws so he had no qualms entertaining the young ShadowClan cat.

Rushing forward he pounces into a snow pile attempting to push the snow forward and collapse it right now Basilpaw. ”Want a snow fight? I’ll give you one!” He hollers with a playful grin. ShadowClan cats could be wet mossballs sometimes… he needed this as much as Basilpaw did.

[ ༻❄༺ ] Snowpaw had not expect things to go so well when she had thrown the first snowball at Scorchedmoon, but her mentor had taken things quite well which then turn out to be an all out snowball fight with the patrol. Something that Snowpaw had not expected to happen, especially during a time in which they were all lacking in prey but, she guess if the time was right then Shadowclan knew how to have fun.

Of course for this unfortunate matter, Basilpaw's mentor suck. A stuck up cat to say the least and she felt bad that her friend had to deal with a cat like her. She was sure Spiderwing kept whining to Chilledstar about getting an apprentice and probably was expecting to get one of the more serious of the batch only to end up with someone who had more energy than herself. It wasnt Basilpaw's fault she couldn't keep up with his enthusiasm.

Of course here came Snipe for the rescue before Snowpaw could even jump in and initiate a snow fight, and a smile peered on the apprentices maw before she too decided to join in the fun attempting to aim a shot of snow at snipe "lets team up against him Basilpaw!"

*+:｡.｡ "Next time Basilpaw, aim for their face instead, if they get any colder of a shoulder their leg is going to fall off" Singekit would snort, watching Spiderwing pad off. Of course, he knows Basilpaw had hit the cat's face, but the joke was a good one and frankly, if his attempts to defend his former den-mate were questioned Spiderwing wouldn't be the only one calling Basilpaw annoying! Still, what had Basilpaw expected? Older cats could be such stuck-ups. Most cats, actually. All cats. Or maybe just the ones Singekit interacted with? Ah, whatever - either way, even Sin couldn't just stand back and watch Basilpaw's world crumble. Like watching a frog give up on life because he got shoved off his lily pad - depressing!

But you know what's the best cure for depression?
Beating up Snowpaw!

"Two against two, guess I'm on your team, Snipe" Singekit would exclaim exuberantly, eager to change the subject. With a yowl he aims to kick up a cloud of snow, right at Snowpaw!

[BASILPAW]

] Basilpaw had been completely caught of guard when snow suddenly come flying down on him like it was raining! but with snow instead!, snow-raining!. The kit covered his head with a forepaw as he got buried with the snow and waited for the shower to be over before he would look up and find one of Pipit's brothers!. Instantly he started to grin again widely so before he jumped forward and shook the snow out of his fur. " You better be prepared because i Basilthrowever are the best snowball thrower in this clan!." he would say with pride. Wow, all of Pipit's family was just so fun!. Before he could prepare himself his own pile of snow his favorite friend in the whole wide world decided to join them too which just would make this even more fun!.

The kit grinned as he nodded his head eagerly. " Count me in!. Together Snipe will stand no chance against us!." he called to his friend as he made his own snowball and attempted to throw it at Snipe right before Singekit showed up and wished to join as well. Basilpaw would shot them a glance, blinking when they tried to tell them a joke about Spiderwing. Throw at their face?, but that was exactly what he had done! even if it had been a mistake. Baislpaw had too much fun with his current snowball fight with Snipe and Snowpaw that he did not want to think about his mentor right now. " You mean like this?!." he said cheerfully as he made a new snowball and attempted to throw it right at their face since Singekit had declared himself to be his and Snowpaw's enemy and obiviously he would help his team mate out!.

He was laughting and giggling like the previous incident with Spiderwing was not all forgotten about.
