— The sweetest little soul that has ever existed, Wavepaw doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He's filled with boundless energy and never fails to look on the bright side of things. He believes there's good in everyone and would find it hard to condemn anyone, even in the most dire of circumstances. It would wake quite a lot to fall from his good graces. He makes it his daily mission to brighten the lives of everyone around him and strives to one day be a positive force among the ranks of Riverclan's warriors. However, his naivety and kindness shouldn't be mistaken for weakness; while he doesn't outright distrust cats outside of Riverclan, he also will not tolerate any disrespect or ill-will towards his clan. He will always take every situation in his laid-back stride, but he knows how to step up and defend his home when necessary. For him, violence is always just the last resort.

✦ Wavepaw was born as Wave to two loners of the former Ripple Colony, only a few weeks before the Colony joined ranks with Riverclan. His father died before he was born, but his mother abandoned him and his siblings to the care of Riverclan when the rest of the Colony decided to join. She didn't want to give up her freedom, and decided to leave on her own instead. As such, Wavepaw was raised by his clanmates with all the values and morals of the clans, and has never viewed himself as anything other than a promising future warrior of Riverclan. His loyalties lie with his new home and have remained unshakeable, even in the face of his former Colony member's betrayals.
