hey, i just wanted to check and see if the white in this photo reference would be considered high or low white. i'm not very familiar with how high low white can go or etc. :) thank you!
also is this considered a blue tabby? or this one?

Hi! The first photo is a cat with low white. Low white is anything that is less than 50% of the body white high white is over 50%!

Unfortunately, neither are blue tabbies. The first is a black tabby (otherwise known as a brown tabby) and the second is a chocolate silver tabby! Here is an example of a blue tabby:
