it seemed easy enough to find something to do right now. the moon rose high and they find themself itching to hunt under the stars. call it whatever you wanted, but night hunting was simply their thing. they did it often and they did it well. there wasn't going to be anything that changed that anytime soon, even if recently their luck has left them dead. but that wasn't because they couldn't hunt, no. they always caught their prey– there was just always something bigger than them that wanted it, too. thus was the problem with shadowclan. it was a rough terrain to live in, which left more room for hungry predators. they do suppose, however, they can invite someone for peace of mind. not that it mattered as they did prefer to hunt alone. still, sharpshadow did follow them after they stormed out of camp and he insisted they couldn't be alone. tch.

"ah, primrosejaw, darling. would you like to join me on a hunt, hm? won't be long, i promise."

she didn't even really need to hunt if she wasn't feeling up to it, but they did need the company. who better than a known warrior?

"we can even make a fun little competition, yeah? only if you want though."
