hiatus

hello! i'm not going to leave any type of long-winded explanation as to why i'm taking a hiatus from the site, but i feel recent events explain my feelings enough! i haven't had a very enjoyable time writing recently and need to take a step back so i can find excitement in it again, as well as the motivation to. i plan on staying around casually with warmkit in thunderclan since i do enjoy his character and the family i am in, but otherwise, seal would have mentioned to someone in the twoleg place that he wasn't allowed to go outside anymore and it can be assumed pupkit ran away and probably got lost out to the elements. thank you for all who plotted and chatted with me! i wish tabbytales luck on its journey.

ANYWAY! i completely understand having low motivation for writing rn, we're in this together bestie !! i hope you can get it back and start having fun on this site again since that's what it's all about :3 and if not, we'll be thinking about all the brave soldiers (your warrior cats ocs) we lost to war (writer's block)

Hey Emily! I'm really going to miss seeing Sealpaw and all your other characters around but I'm glad you and Warmkit will still be here! I understand what it's like to need to take a step back from your characters and I hope this break helps you recover your joy in writing! You and your characters are a wonderful part of our community and while your presence in other areas will be missed I'm glad to still have you around in ThunderClan. Youll always have a place here. Wishing you the best and hope to see you around ♡

No worries, Emily. Take all the time you need! I'll miss seeing Sealpaw around in SkyClan, I love that lil guy, but absolutely do what is best for you. I'm glad we'll still see you around here and there with Warmkit, though. As Jay said, if you do decide to ever make a full return to Tabby Tales, you'll always be welcome here. Take care!!

Emily!! I completely understand the need to take a step back, and I totally respect you prioritizing your enjoyment! Writing should always be fun, and I hope that taking some time for yourself will help you rediscover that spark. I'm so glad to hear you'll still be hanging around with Warmkit, and you're always welcome here whether you're actively writing or just chatting casually. Your presence has been so appreciated, and I'm very grateful for the stories and creativity you've shared with us so far <3

thank you all so much for the very kind words and responses :D!! they mean so much, and i am thankful to hear it is understandable to take a couple months to find my enjoyment in writing again. if it's not too late, then i'd like to say instead that pupkit will just be in the background of shadowclan for now because i truly love their character and would want to start posting with them again soon. i'm also so happy to hear you guys love seal hehe don't worry, he won't be gone for too long!

PUPKIIITTTTTT. My sibling. Im glad their just a background character because SIlent would have been Devastated with the original option. It sucks the writing isn't enjoyable for you atm but I get it, I had something similar with Art last year due to my classes (art classes just...drain the soul from wanting to do other art) and reading back when I was younger (I still havent read a physical non fanfiction book in....a decade or more now because of english classes) I look forward to when you come back and plotting with you and I must shove Dayfern at Warmkit post haste o7.
