SKINNY FAWN CLASSIC TABBY WITH DULL GREEN EYES / TOYHOUSE / REF
Marblepaw has a thin, knobby build—she looks to be all limbs and tail to the naked eye. Her tail is long and feathery, like Siltcloud's, and her fur is thin with a wiry texture, like Lilacfur's. Like both parents, her coat is on the dull side, short and sticking to her frame as if to emphasize her build. With proper nutrition and warrior training, she has potential to become more muscular, but she'll never quite get to Lilacfur's frame. Marblepaw's fur is a washed-out tan, erring almost gray; it hardly seems to have any pigment at all in some lighting. Her tabby stripes ripple thickly across her pelt in classic bands and whorls, a slightly darker shade of dry sand. Her eyes are large, impossibly circular, but the hue is similarly washed-out. Her eyes are like moss left to dry in the sun for days, yellow-green and drab.

Marblepaw, now that she has more or less adjusted to ShadowClan, has lost her fear. There is courage in the way she approaches her new Clanmates now, even if there is some hesitance still. Marblepaw wants desperately to be accepted and liked, but she falls short of being able to secure that validation. She is by nature more reserved socially; she likes to people-watch and observe, and it’s only by force that she gets out of her comfort zone to talk to others.
This does not mean she is passive. Marblepaw has a natural curiosity that spurns her into exploration. Despite her newfound courage, however, Marblepaw can’t shake the self-doubt instilled upon her by Betonyfrost and Pipitclaw; it plagues her interactions with the rest of ShadowClan. Perhaps it is this self-doubt that inspires her to get out of her comfort zone and interact with her denmates and Clanmates at large.
Though she is by nature more quiet and reserved, Marblepaw also has the tendency to make quick judgments about others. These judgments set like concrete in her tiny mind and they are difficult to morph or change. If a cat is nice to her initially, they are forever one of the ‘good’ ones; if a cat is mean or cruel to her, they are ‘bad’. There is room for this to change, but it will take exposure and time.
Marblepaw's relationship with Lilacfur is complex. She was raised on tales of her “other mother’s” loyalty and dedication to ShadowClan, which Siltcloud phrased positively. However, Marblepaw’s first meeting with Lilacfur was stressful and emotional, and she still has not had the opportunity to bond properly with her. Lilacfur is the one who takes care of her, though, and is the one who told her the truth about Siltcloud. Lilacfur is perhaps the most influential figure in Marblepaw’s life at this time, and though there is distance between them emotionally now, there is opportunity for that relationship to flourish. Ultimately, Marblepaw looks up to Lilacfur and wants to model herself after her.
Her relationship with Siltcloud is more complex. She still misses Siltcloud terribly; her birth mother was the most important figure in her life until two moons. But now Marblekit has to come to terms with the fact that Siltcloud gave her up—that she is a ShadowClanner now, and Siltcloud has done irreparable damage to ShadowClan. She still in her gut longs for a mother she cannot have anymore, but that longing gives her pause and stirs guilt. Why should she long for someone her Clanmates consider a monster? Does that make her a monster?
