*+:｡.｡ It had been a while since he'd properly spoken to Bloodpaw. Since Singepaw's added time to his medicine-den sentence for reopening his wounds while Bloodpaw (thankfully) quickly healed and resumed her duties, they simply...hadn't had the time to chat. Or, was that really it? Because, to any outsider, it looked rather suspiciously like Singepaw was avoiding his friend. Whenever they were assigned to spar together or do a chore together, he feigned a tummy ache or insisted that he was supposed to go on a patrol! Such excuses only ever worked once or twice, especially since being reassigned to Smogmaw.
He couldn't deny, his stomach dropped when he realized he was now fated to spend more time with the friend he'd gotten hurt.
Although, at the same time...it was also way cool that he got to train with his closest friend.
If she even saw him that way anymore.
Aaaand back to that stomach ache.
Today, however, he was resolute in the decision to know once and for all if Bloodpaw was sick of him. If she...hated him. Stars, he really hoped she didn't! That'd be so fucking lame!
"Sooooo" he began, fighting off his nervousness as he pads - albeit stiffly - over to the cinnamon tabby. "You've been training with Smogmaw since the start - got any uh - tips on how to deal with the guy?" Aqua blue eyes glitter suddenly, "any funky stories to share?" He could already picture the wicked pranks someone like Bloodpaw could get away with, being the deputy's apprentice. If she needed ideas, I mean...
Well, the last time he gave her an idea it resulted in her losing an ear so...maybe he should keep his mouth shut.
Nervous suddenly, the boy shakes his head and pushes forth a shrew he'd pulled form the prey pile. "Ah - anyways - hungry?
