Ravenpaw had a distaste for kits. In her opinion, they should be kept under strict watch in the nursery until they gained sufficient sense. If she had her way many of her denmates would still be there. Then at least they wouldn't be bothering her. She did recognize, however, that if sense was the measure for apprentice-hood then some of her clanmates would never leave the nursery.
Grabbing a frog from the fresh kill pile, she turned toward the apprentice den, intending to sit and enjoy her meal alone. At least until a kit darted under her paws, nearly tripping her.
"Hey!" Ravenpaw hissed, dropping her prey in order to snap at the brat. "Watch it!" — ♕
