The sickness in ShadowClan continues to spread, forcing their warriors to further engage ThunderClan and WindClan in a series of border scuffles. Notably, a new symptom begins to appear: afflicted cats sprout long, red-streaked locks of black hair, and begin to complain about "these posers".
Following Swansong's demotion and yet another new deputy in the form of Morelbeam, Ternstar installs a new category in ShadowClan's ranks: HR Department. Greystare, Shriketalon, and Puddlepaw are its founding members.
Silentkit reaches a new level of ankle-biting when he accidentally gnaws off Moltface's entire left forepaw, causing a rift in the Clan over the place of former outsiders. Moltface seems to be fine. -
RiverClan's camp floods for the 18th time, washing away several of the dens and washing in another 15 foundlings. It also kills all of RiverClan's remaining council members and other high ranks, leaving the Clan awash, leaderless, and grappling with the 203rd death in recent moons.
Freshly appointed Bubblestar is chosen by an omen—a Fisher-Price Bubble Mower washing ashore—but refuses to appoint a deputy just yet, despite the recent rash of bad luck. RiverClan's misfortune strikes again when, despite being drenched from the flood, their camp spontaneously catches on fire.
Luckily, the fire cooks the fish in the rivers, and Twoleg pollution has recently filled them with oil. This results in RiverClan being able to establish a Popeye's establishment catering to nearby Clans, with Blackwater as the manager and Cragpelt assisting. -
As the SkyClan's Storm Clanwide Plot enters its second phase, Twitchstar is struck by lightning nine consecutive times, leaving him permanently deceased and the Clan leaderless. The camp is left Kentucky fried from the lightning storm, forcing the freshly crowned Figstar's paw.
Desperate to claim much-needed territory, SkyClan engages in a bloody battle with ThunderClan under Figstar's direction. Against all odds, Drowsynose single-handedly kills every ThunderClanner, and SkyClan wins the battle. An outraged Roaringstar takes this opportunity to enact the Warrior Code's 14th law: An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.
In other news, Fawnpaw receives a prophecy from StarClan: A Ray of Cyrus alone will save our Clan. Perhaps this is an omen that new joiner Billiepaw is the key to SkyClan's survival...

Frustrated with the size of her council, Scorchstar declares that cats as young as 2 moons can now serve as lead warriors. She promptly appoints Bilberrypaw, Windykit, Halfkit, and Comfreypaw to her council. This causes an outcry in the Clan over the age of their new lead warriors and the installment of a Sootstar clone in a position of power.
Infuriated, the Clan rises up under the guidance of Bunnyglow and deposes Scorchstar, WindClan's second coup in as many years. Bunnystar's first order of business is that everyone change their suffix to -bunny, spawning such names as Buckbunny, Bluebunny, and Brackenbunny.
The gorge inexplicably begins to crumble, kicking off the WindClan's Trials Clanwide Plot! Find the event thread here, where your character can help decide whether WindClan converts to cliff diving or moves into the barn yet again. -
In a shock to the Clan, Flamestar suddenly succumbs to a mysterious illness. In the absence of her deputy, the Lead Warriors battle to the death for the privilege, leaving Roaringsun as the victor. Roaringstar is crowned despite his crimes, appointing Chestnutroot as his deputy.
SkyClan, also sporting a new leader, attacks ThunderClan. Inexplicably, one of their warriors kills every single ThunderClanner involved. Roaringstar, outraged, declares the 14th law of the Warrior Code. In the wake of the battle, Flurryjump reveals a new discovery to help ThunderClan regain their honor: the Glock.
Unexpectedly, Sunshinespot delivers a second litter of 13 kits. As is Frecklefam custom, 12 of them tragically perish or disappear only a half-moon later. The surviving kit, Amoebakit, begins to share dreams with the Dark Forest.
