Blinking away his dreariness thanks to a sudden spark of energy lent to him by his burst of excitement, Fidgetkit lifts himself partially up to peer better outside the window. This was his, usually uncontested, spot during his...lets say off days - when his chest hurt a little too much or his head rang a little too loud. Sometimes - usually - it was a bit of a bummer to be stuck in one place for almost an entire day, but the vantage point was nice. If he wasn't watching his siblings chase each other around in circles, he would lend his focus to the world outside the protective transparent glass, finding entertainment in both avenues. But today, he'd find himself breathless as little white specks fell from the sky like confetti. He remembered Da talking about snow before - how lightly cold it felt, melting into your paw the second you touched it. "I wish we could go outside" he whined lightly, pressing a paw against the glass, only to squeak at the cold he was met with. "Maybe not" he laughed.
