The warm sun parted through clouds to bathe the camp in a blanket of light. It was a nice day out and for Owlheart it was extra nice as Crowsight could come back to the warriors den today. He could come back to Oddgleam and herself, while the three of them had shared quiet moments together in the medicine cat den it was truly few and far between. It was pleasant but it wasn't the same, she yearned for the three of them to share a nest again.
Today her yearning could rest, they could be reunited properly today, it took a lot of self control to not tackle him with how excited she was. Her purrs are probably heard all throughout camp but she's not thinking about that. Not only was one of her partners back with them but they could all share a nest once more. In Owlheart's mind this was the best day she's had in a while.
She had spent the past few hours trying to decide where they could move without bothering as many warriors. Since the last meeting she had found a few potential locations but ultimately had narrowed it to one in these past few hours. The timid warrior had wanted to plan this far in advance, last time Crowsight had been the instigator and she didn't want him to worry about that this time.
Wide eyes look from the calico over to the smoke and repeats this a few cycles as she stands in front of the warriors den. “I've found a spot for us to put our nest if you'd both like to make it with me today” our nest, it felt nice to say after sleeping separately for a while now. Hopefully it would be a permanent fixture for the trio compared to the temporary one they had in the apprentice den.
If she didn't hear any objections from either of them then she would continue her planning. “I thought we could move Crowsight's nest over there so we could use it as a base and then we build on that? I already gathered some moss earlier this morning that we could use?” As she rambled about logistics and theories on what they could do it had become apparent that she had been preparing for this for a while.
