  tall black and white shorthair with green eyes / reference
  crowpaw is a sleek furred feline with sharp features. she has a slim build, perfect for running the moors, but is also well muscled and will grow to be rather strong. she has a mostly white face, with black markings defining narrow green eyes and large black tipped ears. the white follows down her chest and to her underside, her back defined by a black draping. the molly has long legs each ending in a white paw with sharp claws. she is taller than most others her age which aids her in combat, but was quite a lot to get used to. for a while she appeared lanky and uneven, but as her training progresses and she fills out she becomes quite a danger to her enemies. crowpaw's bicolored fur is shiny and hangs closely to her body, while feathering out on her long, striped tail.

  (+) determined, logical, perceptive (/) impulsive, loyal, silver tongued (-) manipulative, arrogant, vindictive. the personality shown to any single cat can be much different. crowpaw is outwardly known to be a highly determined apprentice who can be a bit arrogant at times. she is highly loyal to windclan and sootstar, willing to do almost anything to prove her worth. the girl does try to treat deserving clanmates positively or even playfully, no matter how much she truly enjoys their presence. she can be known to be a bit rude, but it is rarely direct so she can maintain an innocent reputation. inwardly, she is much more cruel than she puts off. crowpaw's mind is judgmental and manipulative. she is very opportunistic and finds no qualms with using others to get to where she wants to be. despite her outward confidence, she is constantly comparing her feats to others, as well as judging their decisions quite harshly. she has a strong image of what being a good windclan warrior entails, and anyone who is outside of that is looked down upon. those who make enemies of her will experience highly impulsive anger, she will often begin to plot their demise the second they make her angry. she prides herself in eliminating those who have wronged her. her empathy for others is remarkably low, that is unless it comes to kits. from practically raising her brother, she has quite a maternal side and would never be aggressive towards them.

• Backstory / simplified history
  born into a freshly formed windclan to hemlock and raven, two former loners. her parents had joined the clan in it's earliest form and became loyal to the group. her mother, raven, unfortunately died while giving birth to crowkit and her sibling, valerianpaw. her father raised the siblings quite distantly, often leaving them alone with nursing queens for long periods of time. crowkit was born quite an energetic kitten, but that quickly died out. her sibling was often sick and with no real parents to help the two, crowkit took on a lot of responsibility at a young age. she began to resent hemlock for abandoning them, but ultimately got her and her brother through kithood with not a lot of help. when she became an apprentice, she was paired with brookshade to mentor her. brookshade was an older molly who refused to retire and spent more time tasking crowpaw out on menial duties than actually training her. this angered crowpaw greatly. she knew she had potential to be a strong warrior, yet was being held back by the one who was supposed to teach her. she went to her father on a whim of desperation, but it quickly turned into a fight. he told her to 'deal with it herself' rather than bother him with menial matters. now, more angry than before, crowpaw returned to camp and devised a plan that would end in her father's demise. the next day it was raining heavily, she alerted him of a fox in a tunnel near camp. he went to go and eradicate the danger, only to find there was no fox and he was now stuck in a tunnel, too large to exit the way he came. with no chance to escape, hemlock drowned in the tunnel that had rapidly filled with water from the downpour above.
  
  not many moons later, crowpaw was quickly growing tired of brookshade's antics. she was holding her back immensely. one day, she was fed up entirely. the two had gone to the gorge to check borders, when crowpaw promptly shoved her in. she ran back to camp, alerting it's members in a facade of terror. crow had framed it as an accident in order to remain in windclan with her reputation intact.
