Even she, in all her stubborness, could not ignore it any longer. She'd complained loudly to any who would listen over Sunstar not putting her on patrols, making her kitsit some grown cats in the nursery and refusing to let her leave camp, but her voice had lessened in the recent days. She was not softening, she was hardening into a ball of fury, because as much as it pained her she had to admit it was beginning to become a lot of extra work to lug herself around with this swelling roundness at her center - her usually slim frame left her looking outright spherical in shape due to it and she could not settle down on the ground in any way that was comfortable without just dropping to her side and exposing her belly to the world - a posture that made the warrior in her rage at the vulnerability of it. She needed more room and she needed a better nest, so unfortunately for her pride it meant clenching her teeth and committing to the problem she gave herself.
The lanky limbed feline made her way over the nursery, poked her head in to squint and look about before turning with a scowl and narrowed green eyes to the first apprentice she saw, "You." Her voice was a husky growl, she smiled as she inclined her head to the side and loomed over the unfortunate soul who crossed her path first, "Doin' anything? Wanna get me some moss and bracken? You do yeah? You wanna be helpful and nice. Right?" Mintshade's final world bubbled as a threatening hiss despite her wide grin and attempt at pleasantries.
