✦ㅤ─ㅤ " Hurry up, Gigs! Bran, you too — " the newly named warrior urges his siblings as he stands at the edge of the apprentice den, waiting for them to gather their things. The tom blinks, quick to correct himself: " I mean — Giggleflower and Branchroar. " Warrior names or not, his littermates will always be Gigs and Bran to him, just as he will always be Mo. But today is special, and their names are fresh and foreign on his tongue, so Morelbeam might as well get used to them now.

He shifts from paw to paw as he waits for his near-identical siblings to exit the apprentice den, and when they finally step out of the den, he ushers them forward with an exaggerated sigh. " C'mon, you two. All the good spots are going to be taken! " They aren't the only ones to become warriors today! And Morelbeam would rather claim his spot in their new den before their vigil begins. As they near the bramble bush, Morelbeam pokes his head in and assesses the layout of the sleeping grounds before white paws ultimately decide to step forward.

" It's kind of cramped in here, " the young warrior notes, before looking at his littermates, " See anywhere good? Maybe Bonechill will let us put our nests by his — Or Shadewhisker? Or..." His heart sinks and his words trail off in prevention of the next name spilling from his maw. Needledrift would let them put their nests by hers, he knows, if she were still here. He blinks, trying to focus on Giggleflower and Branchroar, rather than letting his gaze wander towards where their mother used to sleep.

Morelbeam is a mirror of his fallen mother in plush, gray and white fur. A hunger for knowledge guides Morelbeam's path and he finds himself unafraid to ask others questions about anything that comes to his mind. He is protective of his family — especially now, in the wake of his mother's death.

𓆱 In the scarce time between meeting and vigil, Branchroar and his littermates need to move their nests into the warriors' den. If they wait to do it tomorrow, there's a chance their nests will be thrown out of the apprentices' den—maybe the younger apprentices wouldn't dare actually do it, but he also wouldn't put it past them, and doesn't wish to risk losing his carefully-crafted nest. As his brother calls for him, telling him to hurry, Branchroar allows a huff to leave his mouth. "I'm coming," he grumbles, his pale ears angling back against his head. His voice carries no annoyance; it never could, not for Morel and Gigs. Not for any of his siblings, except the one with Snowypaw's face—she's dead to him, he'd declared, screamed it in her face on a night that was supposed to be peaceful. He shakes his head and follows after his brother, fluffy tail flicking anxiously as they reach the warriors' den.

Once, they would have had a place beside their mother, tucked near her soft gray fur. They would have contributed to overcrowding the den, pressing in close to Needledrift—she'd once said they would need to expand the warriors' den to fit all of them, and he'd looked forward to it. Now, that dream has long since passed, and Branchroar has to settle for a regular, lonesome sleeping spot. "I don't know… where's an open spot?" He scans the den quickly, but sees nothing that stands out to him. Maybe one of his littermates will find a place for their nests. "As long as we don't have to sleep outside, I'm okay with anything," he adds with a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders.

[Giggleflower]

Moving dens was as exhilarating and exhausting as Giggleflower remembered it being from nursery to apprentices' den. This time, she'd opted into remaking her nest entirely, meaning that she had little to bring over from the apprentices' den to what would be her place in the warriors' den. Similarly to Branchroar, the old promise of extending the warriors' den just for their family echoes in Giggleflower's mind, and she smiles softly at the memory. Needledrift should have been there to see them become warriors.

ThunderClan was running on borrowed time.

But in brighter news, she was a warrior! Alongside her brothers! Giggleflower, Branchroar, and Morelbeam - Giggleflower was practically glowing with the new name that she'd earned, and she trotted eagerly after Morelbeam as he ushered them towards the warriors' den.

"We have got to get spots next to Shadewhisker and Bonechill, obviously!" She insisted, pushing her head in next to Morelbeam's to assess the layout of the den. Surely no one would have already taken spots next to their older siblings, not when Giggleflower and her brothers were just chomping at the bit to get in there since day one.

[STONESTRIKE]

The day had finally come. He'd become everything he'd worked for. And yet, it wasn't as sweet as he was hoping from the beginning. Sure, he'd worked his way through a mentor that didn't care, his brother shunning him, and... the badger incident. But this occasion was mostly another day. Mildly disappointed in the lack of fanfare. Maybe it was Agaterain's lack of celebration with him. Who knew.

Stonestrike, ever in his own head, pushed his way into the den. Much like Giggleflower, he had decided to remake his nest. It wasn't like he was big on mementos. Echoing his actions moons ago, he nearly ran right into her. "Oh, uh, sorry," he mewed quietly. "didn't realize you were there," it was maybe not the best apology, but certainly better than his attitude from six moons ago. He gave a curt nod to the others, and found a quiet corner spot. Barely big enough for him, but what else did he need?

[Snowlark.]

[ ༻❄༺ ] With the ceremonies being done came more warriors in the den. Luckily and unluckily the Shadowclan curse made it so that everytime a new warrior joins the den, another meets their unpromted demise. Yellow gaze flicking towards the new warriors while they try and figure out where to put their new nest and a hum gently came from his chest. Even as a lead warrior, due to his stature as still being quiet young, his nest was towards the outer-middle of the warriors den.

"Unfortunately, you'll have to pick spots on the outskirt of the den... and Bonechill is crowded as is.. " he expressed lightly, he did not need the newer apprentices trampling all over his nest that had been closely knitted next to the one open spot Bonechill had, and he was sure Shadewhisker was all byt hardly amused at dealing with both being so close when they had considered each other friends while sharing basically a nest together.

His gaze drifted towards Stonestrike before dipping his head in greeting to the other warrior. It was odd to see Giggleflower, Morelbeam and Branchroar all grown up, he remembered when they were just kits... how the seasons seem to move so quickly.

A pale blue sepia lynx long-haired tom where the majority of his body is covered in white, pale yellow eyes that are normally unreadable by most. His sole blue ear was nicked from an accident that happened to him as an apprentice, something he carries with honor. Snowlark is considered strange by most due to his usual "stoic" tones underlined by his immaturity at times, be it pulling pranks on others, to making out-of-pocket jokes or moments of outbursts of anger, Snowlark is strange but isn't one afraid to be blunt and tell one how it is.
