  • Backstory / simplified history
    born a loner, the only surviving kitten of her litter. her family was very close knit and held great love for one another. however, daphne had an uncurable adventurous spirit and split from her family. there was no ill will, but she just felt like she needed more. she spent some time roaming the lands that are now the clan's territories, making friends with cats from all groups that lived there but never tying herself down to one. she left the lands for a while, becoming an honorary member of a group of rogues she befriended. she fell fast in love with a tom named gale. despite their young age, their relationship was solid, the two felt as if they were meant to be together. daphne and gale were inseparable, and eventually came to find out that the molly was expecting their kits. wanting to raise their children as loners, the two announced their departure from the group. they did not take it well, attacking gale and dealing fatal wounds. daphne ran, roaming the lands once more, but she knew that without a mate or any support, her children would not likely survive. she remembered the groups of the forest, and was on her way to travel back to her old home, but in the middle of her journey, her kits were coming. without shelter or any support, she was terrified. she gave birth to three stillborn children and was shattered. daphne gave them a proper burial and continued her journey. nearing the territories, she came across another kitting mother. she tried to help, but the mother unfortunately was too weak to survive. daphne took in her three children to raise as her own. eventually, she made it to the marsh and a newly formed shadowclan. now named ivorysun, the queen integrated well into the clan despite her troubles on the journey.

NPC X NPC 𖀓 ADOPTED BY IVORYSUN​

THEIR STORY: ivorysun is a former loner who joined shadowclan in it's beginnings. before, she fell in love with a rogue named gale. the two were expecting kittens and planned to run away together, but the rogue group her mate was a part of would not allow it. the pair tried to escape together but gale was murdered in the mix, leaving ivorysun alone with his future children. she made it safely away, but unfortunately gave birth prematurely and her kittens were stillborn.

she continued her journey to find a new home, but on the way she ran into another kitting queen. the queen unfortunately did not survive childbirth, but her kittens were born without harm. ivorysun took them in and nursed them as if they were her own, bringing them to shadowclan with her. they have grown up there since under the belief that she is their real mother.

RULES:
β€” they will start out at 3 moons once picked and age realistically.
β€” these are not first come first serve, but will have a pretty quick turn around date. tentative choosing date is january 7th. this is subject to change based on interest.
β€” ivory will be a very loving and protective mother. she values family greatly and would try to instill that into these kits so preferably they should stay in shadowclan through their apprenticeship., after that feel free to move them for plots or whatever. ivory would hate to see them go, but she would understand if they had to leave.
