†—— ghostkit has heard about playing clans before—obviously she has, she'd have to have ears full of muck like garlickit not to. it's never appealed to her to claim the title of leader of ghostclan, or something, though. it seems like too much work, to carry the weight of being your clan's face. to always have the faces of others aimed at you; watching, waiting, judging. the beginning notions of what charm and lies are have begun to pool in her head like stagnant waters, yes, but ghostkit doesn't carry any inherent craving for power. not yet, at least.

she still wants to try it, though, for the experience if nothing else, she supposes. but she definitely doesn't want to be leader. so instead she moves towards one of the unfamiliar kits, one of the many that seem to be adrift in the nursery without parents like she has—pity will never make its home in her mind, but ghostkit feels a cold vague derision. the snow-masked kit pads up to the stranger, dark eyes cold but not commanding, "hey. i'm ghostkit, do you wanna play clans?"

she barely waits for a reply before clarifying with a clumsy attempt at flattery, "you should name it. you seem like you'd be good at that." she pauses and adds, personally feeling that she's being rather generous, "and you can pick whether you wanna be leader, or medicine cat, or deputy first."
