WHERE DID MY PARENTS GO?
they're tired. all the travel back and forth lately has made them exhausted but they will not sleep in a nest with any other than their siblings, and da. it was hard enough getting used to sleeping near florabreeze ( it's not that hard, if hollowkit decides to be honest, because she is still their mother, and innately they know it to be true ), and having to sleep near other cats that they dont want to be around? not a chance in hell. their ears flick in thought as their dark and blurry seems to worsen but they figure it's only because they're tired. they manage to get out of the nursery, and find their way across the camp, into a bush hidden away from everyone. they collapse with a yawn, stretching out and curling into a ball, as if to protect themself, and falling asleep.
around an hour later, hollowkit finally stirs away. it yawns loudly, blinking it's eyes open only to be faced with nothing but darkness. it's heart thumped so loudly against it's chest that it swears it may burst it's eardrums. it's breath began to heave in and out, paws shaking as it scrambles to it's feet, tumbling out of the nest with a quick yelp.
"w-woah! d...da? da, where– where are you!? where am i? where did everyone go!? w...wilting! wilting, help me! i'm scared– larkspur– starlit– wh...where's... i'm scared..."
heir head spins around frantically as they keep tripping over their paws, breathing getting more and more heavy as they feel nothing but panic. they've still a lifetime to do it, and yet they've never missed their da more than this very moment.

for anyone who replies afterwards, please know that hollowkit will not be admitting to anyone that they have had vision problems and now cannot see !! they can assume if they'd like, but they will not be open about this, and will in fact lie!
