࿐ ࿔*:･ﾟ — It still feels so dizzying to be a lead warrior and a part of Lichenstar's council after so many moons, she doesn't think that she's the youngest to step into the position but knows that above that the twinkling stars are smiling down upon her at this feat. Her lone eye focusing on the biggest star in the night sky that seems to burn the brightest and ponders if that's him, her mentor, and her father staring down at her from his starlit throne only to regard her in such a warm light. I'm here the star seems to say to her and Bee can only feel the way her throat tightens from the sudden overwhelming feeling of sadness "I know..." She barely manages the whisper to slip from her clenched jaws trying to ignore the stinging feeling that begins to bud near the corner of her eyes, she settles onto her haunches before allowing her tail to curl around her forepaws as if its an attempt to hug herself and soothe these emotions of hers.
The sound of approaching pawsteps causes the moggy to snap her molten gaze in the direction of the feline and perks up realizing that it's Cicadaflight, Beefang regards her younger littermate with a faint smile only to stand from where she once sat to bump her head against his shoulder. "Cada," A rare rumbling purr would stir from her throat only to take a step back to look him over and pauses for a few long heartbeats wondering how her brother must feel about her ascension in ranks, the ambition that she had once felt quelled by the promotion given to her tonight, and she feels as if she has everything. It felt as if the earth is allowing her these small gifts after everything that had happened within those fleeting moments in her childhood, yes, she had to work for a lot of it but she's feels as if she can think more clearly and protect her clan just as Cicadastar said that she'd be able to.
"Do you want to walk through the territory or fish? We haven't had some time to ourselves for a while," Bee says to him but lingers as she awaits to hear what his answer would be considering that his opinion always mattered to her.
