"Our training will start in the morning..."
Blackpaw truly did try to sleep over the night after this moon's meeting, though, she can't stop thinking about her future as an apprentice. She is highly familiar with the concept of training, having to begin so right once she was only a few moons old. Nothing good came from those moments and she can't help but wonder if she'll find herself on the similar path where she will meet only disapproval and disappointment from her failures... Ravendusk isn't like them, though— he can't be, even if he's quiet and reserved. She needs to have more confidence in her mentor who she wants to believe will train her best as they can. Although can Ravendusk believe in her despite everything?
"I'm ready, Ravendusk!"
She calls out to her mentor after she had her morning exercise, getting herself prepared to do her first training with them. As she patiently waits for Ravendusk, she wonders what will they start first and what they will conclude with. Regardless of the anxiety she bears, excitement bubbles deep in her. Blackpaw knows her strengths and weaknesses, the former with her hunting and swimming. Clan cultures and especially combat are the areas she have to work with. She grimaces and breathes deeply when the dark memories reveal themselves in cruel sneers and harsh laughters, killing the lights. These phantoms continue to walk by her lonely sides, and they may still then, but...
She's determined to shine bright enough for the shadows to shiver away.
