————— Redpaw spent most of his kit-hood fighting illness and being kept away from the other kits. Save for a few of the queens who took to him, this kitten has barely spoken to anyone. He is going into apprenticeship without having experienced much at all about the clan or his clanmates, so he has much to learn and is very defensive about it. He is in a position where everything is new and scary while everyone around him is used to the daily grind and knows what is expected of them. Redpaw goes to extremes to hide his discomfort and lack of knowledge, often coming off as snippy and rude in the process. However, he values whatever friends he does mad to the highest standard and will often go along with whatever they say once they have earned his trust.

*ೃ༄ KITHOOD The sole survivor of a litter born to two warriors of Thunderclan, Red has always been a sickly child. His parents did not last long after his kitting, as his mother had been sick during her pregnancy and passed almost immediately. His father, growing miserable with the hand life had dealt him, had left the clan. For a while, it didn't seem Redkit would make it either. For most of his time in the nursery, he was kept secluded due to not only the fear he would make other kits sick but because they didn't want to risk his health either. Surprisingly, at about 6 moons old, Redkit perked up and was able to he apprenticed last-minute.
