Twilightkit watches the striped and floppy eared tom kit from fox-lengths away, his feathered tail falling over his lone forelimb as he does. While not one for gossip, he had heard of the other child's outburst - the amount of tears he shed, and the following outburst and admonishment of the cats who hurt him. In truth... he doesn't quite understand it. Twilightkit is not a child who cries (none of his siblings are, either.) His father's express of emotion is bold and brutish, his mother is viperlike and succinct. Crying because someone picked on you doesn't feel right.

He pushes himself to his paws, his gait slightly awkward as he surges towards the other tom in yet another surprise attack. This time, it's made with half-effort. His shoulder aims to collide with that of the other kitten's in a harsh bump, perhaps at best to knock off his balance. Twilightkit is then quick with his inquiry, spouting a, "Why did you cry?" shortly after his attack. Though his tail lashes, the young silver tabby does not attack again, holding his shoulder to his denmate's and absentmindedly using the other to help anchor his uneven weight.
