Welcome to Duskclan's (unofficial) mass adopts! Duskclan is a small rogue group residing in the loner lands near the Highstones. After the fall of Sootstar, her loyalists have laid low for many seasons. Now, as new-leaf returns, they have grown in both power and boldness. Over the course of future months, Duskclan will play an increasingly more antagonistic role for multiple clans. Like all good things, Duskclan is slated to end, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't play a role here! Curious about more of Duskclan's history? There is no official guide, but there is a thread that details how Duskclan formed HERE.
This thread contains relations to played characters, premade designs, premade character ideas, and miscellaneous connections. For the premade designs, please feel free to claim one and pair them with another adopt, but this is not required! The adoption form is FFA, but please make sure to include the character's name, appearance, personality, and which adopt they are for.

— Sire: SH lilac classic tabby w/ low white (carrying solid)
— Dam: LH tortoiseshell w/ high white (masking classic pattern; carrying dilute, chocolate)

Misc. Notes:
— Whisper left the rogue group she was born in when she was between 6-8 moons old and hasn't seen any of her family since. The parents would have wondered where she went and spent time looking for her, possibly neglecting the other two siblings before giving up and moving on.
— No specific names or themes but they did all carry similar thoughts on the stars as Whisper (as she got it from her parents). This could have changed over time though (whether they are mere fervent or no longer believe).

— She-cats can be red tabby, cream tabby, chocolate torbie, cinnamon torbie, lilac torbie, or fawn torbie

Misc. Notes:
— A sickly child with a father dead before her birth and a very troubled mother, Honeybadger was the main source of saftey, comfort, and care for this apprentice. He absolutely adored her and spoiled her rotten, determined to be the "man" of the family after their father's death and mother's ensuing insanity. Both were neglected by their mother, but he took the brunt if her physical abuse and verbal violence in this character's stead, though she likely would've witnessed enough to know what was going on. Due to poor health, she was apprenticed a moon late.
— This is a rehomed slot, but there was minimal interaction / activity so theres no need to keep anything beyond og name, age, backstory.
— Would have fled windclan as an older apprentice (8 moons old) after witnessing Honeybadger's death in the battle against Sunstar's Rebels
— Their original name was Beepaw, but their warrior name is fully up to you! Does not have to be a variation of "Bee-" if you want to say they changed it upon becoming part of Duskclan; but they were known as Beekit/Beepaw in their youth.

— kits without white can have any realistic eye color besides blue; kits with white can have any realistic eye color
— shorthaired kits will carry longhair; tabbies will carry solid; non-dilute kits will carry dilute; silver/smoke kits will carry non-silver

— This sibling was previously named Stormcloud, but there's no requirement to keep the same name.
— they have the vibe of like..."older siblings with tons of expectations and weight on their shoulders" vs "younger sibling who could get away with murder." yarrowfang and mudstone were pretty strict growing up, so all the kids had a lot to live up to! sedge took that to heart as a young apprentice and started slacking off in the face of all his parents' expectations, which to his siblings seemed like he never got in trouble. i imagine that would've caused some conflict with his older siblings

[OPEN] 1. A perma-queen who stays with Duskclan purely for protection. They care for the misbegotten kittens that either are stolen from their rightful families or have been orphaned by other means. Jaded and disillusioned, they hold little love for those that happen into their care and simply see it as a job to do.
[OPEN] 2. An elder that resides in Duskclan. They were formerly in Windclan, joining when the colonies formed into the clans; though they are much older than the colonies themselves. They joined Duskclan because they thought Windclan was becoming too soft.
[OPEN] 3. A warrior of Duskclan that betrayed Windclan when Sootstar fell. Their children did not follow - all except one. Now, they resent their family that did not join them and vow revenge on the "traitors".

[CLOSED]4. A young warrior of Duskclan that followed their parent, feeling pressured not to disappoint them. Though they miss their siblings in Windclan, they try not to feel too guilty about it. After all, it was their choice to leave, wasn't it?

[OPEN] 5. A warrior of Duskclan who joined the rogue group for protection after living a solitary life as a loner. They are an unusual cheery face within the gloomy scrublands, even with more macabre topics. When necessary, they are surprisingly ruthless and powerful.
[OPEN] 6. A warrior of Duskclan who joined the rogue group under the guise of being a former rogue. What Duskclan does not know is that they are actually a former kittypet who tore off their collar and ran away from their housefolk moons ago. Now, they must prove themselves to the ruthless clan.

They always have some piece of juicy gossip on every single one of the cats in Duskclan, though where they get such information is a mystery.
