Stonekit was sniffing around the edges of camp, quite literally putting his nose in where he shouldn't. As usual. Maybe he was looking for a place to sneak out, maybe he was just checking there were no holes in the camp wall. Really it depended on who asked. The lilac tom stumbled across a particularly... crawly... bug. "Eugh, gross," he muttered. Then, an idea clicked.

He batted the icky bug slowly toward the apprentice den, checking every few moments to make sure no one was catching on. What a find, Singepaw won't know what hit 'em! he thought smugly to himself. The bug - probably not very happy about being hit around - definitely grabbed onto his paw a few times, eliciting a disgusted scrunch of his nose. He finally managed to stuff the icky crawling creature into Singepaw's nest. Now, all he had to do was wait.
