PERSONALITY — with your fists for once
loyal, calm, calculating, quick-witted, cunning, competitive, jealous, on guard, realistic, prideful
↪ kit era! heatherkit came into the world as quiet as a mouse. she spent most of her first moon emitting barely a squeak, in contrast to most kits of her litter. spending much of her time sleeping or cuddling close to her mother, it is a surprise to her when she is stolen away from that familiar life. as her eyes open and she begins to be able to explore her new home, she will prefer to keep to herself. she will develop a slight suspicion of any kit not apart of her family, and a possessiveness of her father's attention. not quite a bully, as she is too soft spoken for it, she will nonetheless stick very close to her family and quietly badmouth any cat who attempts to be closer to her father than she is.
↪ apprentice era! when heatherkit becomes heatherpaw, she will have gotten over some of her possessiveness and jealousy, although it may still be a driving factor in her actions. extremely intent on learning, she will attempt to be the perfect apprentice and leach as much knowledge off of her superiors as she can. she will not attempt to make friends, instead hovering over the shoulder of whichever family member is the most outgoing. she will carry her pride for sootspot in everything she does, and will find herself in fights and spats over her father's appearance within the clan. fiercely defensive and jealously loyal to sootspot and sootspot only, she will listen with fervor to his commands. while she is not quite so audacious as to openly doubt her leader and deputy, she will always listen to her father first. the more she learns and the more mature she grows, these things might change, with her more negative qualities fading to the background. she will ultimately be a very dedicated student and an apprentice who is easy to mold into a fiercely loyal windclanner.
↪ warrior era! a generally well mannered cat, heather nonetheless holds her walls close around her. her mood is generally cold, a chill permeating her vocals at most times, not hiding her distaste for most cats. not outright mean, she tries to be as empathetic as she can, but her voice is monotone and raspy, making her sound less well-meaning than she really is. fiercely protective, heather will devote moons of loyalty to her clan (moreso her father) and will not stand for any insult when it comes to her family. while not quite elusive, she keeps to herself most times, and one will only see a smile on her when talking to family. pride for sootspot and her siblings shines in everything she does, and she would do anything to show her support to her family and her clan. though she may be brisk and gruff, she is inside a well-meaning cat, with a good heart.

Laurelkit tends to wander off on her own and gets into places she shouldn't be, she'll speak her mind even if its wrong and tends to bounce all over the place, she'll be loyal to her family and won't do anything with out them, will look up to Sootspot and even go as far as to defend his honor. Will do anything to make her father proud, even if the history of her mother is shrouded in mystery. Despite her closeness to her father though, Laurelkit will be more outgoing and willing to play with other kits, but to her family will come first
(As a apprentice)
Once Laurelkit becomes Laurelpaw, she would be thrust into being a tunneler due to her small stature and yet will carry it with pride since her father is also a Tunneler, and even go as far as brag about it to others. She will still hold her family first, and will work hard to make Sootspot proud of her. During this time she will slowly become more reserved, quiet and stick close to her siblings and become cautious of others.
(As a warrior)
As things come to light, maybe she starts to see through Sootspot she becomes more rebelious towards him, maybe starting arguments with him but still keeping close to her siblings and being loyal to the clan. She may start doing things to spite Sootspots but genuinely Laurel would still love her father, this could be her way as an attempt to gain his attention more, even if its in a negative way. Eventually maybe break away from Sootspot or grow closer to her father, going as far as defending him even or following him around camp, becomes more closed off to others and may lose any friends outside of family.

✦ hardworking, loyal, charming, amoral, cynical, greedy Mistkit is known for his charming demeanor, his excellent work ethic, and his connection to Sootspot. He will not find it hard to fit in with his clanmates, but will find it hard to fit in with those of his siblings that find Sootspot to be the light of their world and the end to their beginning. After his first few moons he will seek out friendships with those he deems worthy, finding any form of contact that isn't with his family good enough for him. Once he reaches apprenticehood he will try to extricate himself from his father's grip, but will ultimately be manipulated into staying the complacent child his father wants him to be. This would happen around his eleventh moon.
─ The other side of Mistkit is something he tries to keep hidden from his clanmates. He feels that urge to keep the prey for himself when he catches something good, feels that urge to hold onto those he cherishes to the point where they don't want anyone other than him to rub their back when they have a nightmare, or hold them while they cry. This cannot be changed via IC means & development. This trait would develop around his eighth moon.
─ His cynical nature doesn't allow him to trust anybody completely. He will always look for the bad in others, always look for the spark of anger in someone's eye. This can be changed via IC means & development but would take... quite a bit, this trait will develop in his ninth moon as the world becomes a lot bigger for him, the things that his clanmates will do to keep him and others safe will weigh on his mind as it fights to make sense of what his father has taught him for so long.
─ As he grows he will watch his siblings from afar, making sure they were physically safe but not making any move to step in between his fathers manipulations and them, as that would endanger his own wellbeing. He will act as the good son, the middle child between the most rebellious and his father's golden child. He won't seek his disapproval but he won't seek his love either. Ultimately his loyalty's will be split, and depending on how things go in character, this can range from full hatred of his father to the doting child, eager to have his fathers approval. This development would happen near his warrior ceremony and could be triggered by anything. DM for plots!

As a kitten, Bramblekit is a small bundle of dark fur highlighted with slight glimmers of white, not unlike the fresh fruit from a bramble's branch. The dark pigment of her pelt builds on itself; a middling grey tone on her stomach, chest, and face is quickly consumed by a darker shade across the majority of her body, caged within the deep black of her tabby markings. The lower half of her face and limbs is splashed with a refreshing white, like salt on a dessert cutting through an otherwise overwhelming richness.
She grows like rhubarb trapped in an urn - rapidly reaching toward something that might not exist. The first indication of her age is that her eyes settling on a colour, a brilliant yellow that almost glows against her wine dark sea of fur. Just like the start of the plot wishes this kit is gonna be very loyal to sootspot. He is gonna view them highly and find their opinions and beliefs valid with a 100% success of being influenced by their adopted parent and grow up to live under their view of life. It's highly possibly that he is gonna keep on following Sootspot for a very long time as an devoted and perhaps even corrupted puppet the future still remain a bit uncertain since there is even if few some morals that this kit is gonna strictly follow. However, it won't be easy to break his bond with Sootspot and will be willing to forgive or accept most things that Sootspot might or might not do.

At first glance he is not much to think of, quiet and obidently following orders with no attempts to stand out so easily gets overlooked. He often doesn't even seem to be certain of what is going on around him, coming out as 'slow-thinker' or just spaced out. His only traits that seem to be sticking out is his willingness to help out when he is needed or being rather friendly and polite when being spoken to. However, this is all just an surface facade that he early on took on to control how others view him to make everyone underestimate him and not knowing what is going on behind that head of his. Secretly, he likes danger and to put himself in thrilling situations. He is willing to twist his words around whatever may benefit himself the most with little regard to how others feel because to him everyone is looking out for themselves in one or another way for their own beneficial sake. It's rare to see him act out with anger, but to those who might wrong him he will not forgive or feel sympathy for.
Most of the times he feels unbothered and not interested to involve himself in 'drama' or situations he finds not worth his time but now and then he may leave out a snarky or cheeky remark especially if those he cares about are the target. His most positive traits are his loyalty to those who have earned it, and how he can feel compassion for others, especially sympathy for others circumstances. It might even be times he will reach out a paw because he genuinely wish to help.
