• APPEARANCE​

  Thick-furred spotted chocolate tabby with yellow eyes. Frankly, it's a wonder that Mouse ever grooms herself because it certainly doesn't look like she does. Long, fluffy, wildly unkempt fur drapes her tiny frame, making her appear slightly larger than she is -- though this enhancement is hardly impressive. She's a fragile-looking little thing who'll likely look like a kit for a good while as she ages, with big yellow eyes and a rounded baby face. Her pelt is a dark chocolatey brown that lightens on her belly, decorated with a mix of darker spots and stripes. Splotches of white break up the chestnut expanse, brightening her muzzle, chest, paws, and the tip of her plumy tail.

  MENTALITY​

  Energetic / curious / adventurous / observant / family-oriented / trusting / naive / impulsive. Bright-eyed and eager, Mouse puts a lot of enthusiasm into everything she does -- though this doesn't always translate to rambunctious or loud energy. It certainly can at times; she tends to have a lot of excess energy and has her talkative moments, although she tends to bounce back and forth between this and quiet yet fervent observation. Boundless interest in the world and cats around her lends itself to an adventurous and inquisitive nature; she loves to learn and listen, and puts a great amount of faith in anyone willing to entertain and explain things to her. This, however, often bleeds into an over-trusting streak -- she's naive in this sense, rarely pausing to think critically about anything she's told with confidence or care. It's out of love, which she contains a lot of; even cats she doesn't like will forever have her loyalty if they live within the same clan.​

• HISTORY​

  Mouse was born into the Ripple Colony to a single mother, not terribly long before the flooding began that ultimately drove the colony from their home toward RiverClan territory. Her mother died when she was only a couple of moons old, leaving her to be a village-raised kit by the rest of the colony.
