Spiky, tall, unkept gray tabby with green eyes and bones in his tail / reference
The name isn't far from the description of the lanky gray tabby. Warm-toned gray mostly with hints of brown-ish grays, a stripe of dark brownish-gray runs from his long nose to the spiky space just between his shoulderblades, feathering off into freckle-like specks on his gray shoulders. The center of his back is warm toned and scruffy, with darker stripes speckling to the base of his tail. His shoulders and haunches are cooler in comparison with stripes on only that caped part and more little specks of gray and almost white on them. White splashes on his chest and his muzzle, with twin eyespots on the backs of his large, tufted gray ears pulls together the entirety of his torso and face. His tail is thick and compacted, cut in half with the lighter gray found on his neck and majority of his body and the same gray as his shoulders and haunches, coming to meet at more warm brownish-gray at the tip that feathers out from the end, stripes interrupting the lighter grays to run perpendicular through them. Small fish bones stick out of his tail, shoved into the thick, compacted fur for decoration. Overall, he appears unkept and wild, with fur sticking up in random places and spiked along his haunches and back, a set of olive green eyes and a black nose wrapping up the entirety that is Sturgeonpaw into one form.

Backstory / simplified history
Sturgeonpaw is a young, excitable child who has alot on their shoulders due to their parents and the need to please them. Having lived for a few moons down the river before the clans joined, the little family perhaps seemed normal. With Sturgeonpaw's-who was previously known as Fish-parents adoring him and encouraging his fascination with water, and deep love for eachother, until they heard rumors of the clans being created and brought their young son with them to join. And upon receiving their names and joining the ranks, the happy little family changed. Competition enticed the parents to begin pushing their son to become the best. Afterall, he'd always shown interest in water, therefore he had to be better since he'd been around water since he was but a kit. They hold high expectations of their only son, bragging about his achievements but reprimand him for even the slightest mistakes in private, their disappointment like poison to him and their approval like air.
