"I'LL BE RIGHT BESIDE YOU"
OOC- This takes place during the battle along the Shadowclan border, during the double raid!
The angry shouts and yowls of his clanmates, the pained screeches as cats flung themselves together, tearing and ripping. The scent of blood filling the air.
He could almost hear Skyclaws bitter words from that day echoing in his ears– peace was never an option.
Just as it hadn’t been an option with the dogs who’d snatched Stormy away from him.
Or the riverclan cats shredding through his clanmates at Sunning-rocks right that very moment.
Not now, at least. Now, there was only the fight to survive– to keep what little they had.
So when a Shadowclan tabby came rushing at him, Brighteyes gave into his instinct and anger. His lithe form whipped to the side, letting the cat fly past him, his own claws reaching out to try and rake down their side as they went hurdling past him.
