─ a longhaired cinnamon lynx mink with low white and blue/aqua eyes. From the second he's born, Calfkit will be a big kit, all fluff and fur and no real direction of where he's going. It won't be anything that changes at first, not until his siblings begin to have their own growth spurts, and even then his clumsiness will be something that stays. Their fur, as well, will stay in a constant state of messy and ungroomed (unless either of her parents manage to capture her and get her to stay still long enough).
Fluffiness and ragged appearance aside, there are a few telltale habits Calfkit picks up on whether or not his family wants him to- namely sticking his tongue out when he's thinking about something or concentrating very hard. As a kit, it'll be a giveaway on if they're lying or planning something- as an adult, to the misfortune of everyone else, it'll be more general and much less easier to tell what she's thinking.
At a young age, Calfkit will be hit with the double whammy of both asthma and, as they grow into apprentice age, near-sightedness. While it won't affect them much- beyond countless trips to the medicine cat den as a kit while they're discovering their limits- he will still have a slight sensitivity to sunlight, leading him to have a tuft of messy fur covering his eyes.
Their fur is a warm cinnamon, with darker stripes along their extremities and graced with darker stripes. The fur along his neck is a mess of off-white fur, much like that on his stomach and on the tips of his paws. His eyes, even as hidden as they are, are a light blue and pale aqua- barely noticeable, unless someone really pays attention, and given everything that's unlikely- at least as a kit.
─ (+) passionate, quick-witted, confident (/) clingy, outspoken, stubborn (-) egotistical, gullible, dramatic. If Calfkit was big appearance wise, then her personality has to be twice as much. Passion for anything and everything drives them, and, during their kit moons and even as they get older, he'll be a flurry of constant movement and half-baked ideas. It'll be hard to get him to settle down and pick just one thing, for a while, but during their apprenticeship having someone to direct them will help, and they'll be able to direct their passions toward their interests more easily. Just like their constant movement, Calfkit is quick to come up with an answer when she needs to. Everything about her seems so busy, constantly, and the ease in which she can snap back with something just as witty will not help to undo this image of her. It serves to help in joking- or, if need be, arguments. While the average cat would rather avoid arguments with a passion, Calfkit finds that he doesn't quite mind. They've got confidence to rival an adult cat's, and it shows in the way they, admittedly, are slow to back down when they think they're in the right- or just in general.
Confidence and how it may come into play aside, Calfkit has the potential to make her parents' lives, and maybe even those of his siblings, a bit more complicated than they'd be otherwise. An early trip to the medicine cat den for asthma-related reasons will instill an (un)healthy fear of his family disappearing on them, and, as a result, they'll be quite clingy. At best, it'll manifest itself as a refusal to let their family out of their site and Calfkit being a shadow of said family. At worst, it'll come off as near-possessiveness. This, combined with their outspokenness, will make them come off as almost harsh to anyone they dislike- even if that someone is a friend of the family. Calfkit is brutal with what she says, and, as of now, doesn't see a reason to hold back, in the same kitlike way that she doesn't understand why leaves aren't going to turn into monsters. She's quick to judge, as well, especially when their family is involved- and, unfortunately for everyone else, there's hardly any chance of shaking her when she's made up her mind.
Whether or not he ends up pampered in the event of landing themself in the medicine cat den, Calfkit will have a mindset that he comes first for the first few moons of his life- while it will extend to involve family more as he grows, they'll always have a part that's looking out for herself when in non-lethal situations. Despite that, they're gullible- extremely- to the point that it, to an outsider, would almost be funny if it weren't so sad. Calfkit will look out for themself first, sure, but in the same breath trust someone with no second thought or question, leading to a potential disaster when they are set straight. No matter how many times this comes about, either, they'll never shake this inherent trust they have of others. Nor the dramatics that come from it- no matter what, even if it's minor, Calfkit likes his drama. He likes being the dramatic one, and, for as long as he lives, the chances of him following through that are more likely than not.

─ notes and plots I'm absolutely, 100% projecting with the near-sighted, asthma combo. Sorry to Calfkit in advance if they're picked, but something about this silly little guy made me realize it wasn't something I had ever really done in warriors before.
As for plots- most of this isn't set in stone, but I really love the idea of Calf not taking the news of being half-clan well and throwing themself to do whatever Starclan supposedly wishes while still being blind to what it may be that they actually want. I also love the idea of something about this, in turn, being what drives them to someone across the border, themself- in a way to run from what they view as their parents' mistakes, they'll have done the same (except worse, in their eyes, because they don't have the same excuses).
Also, will use strictly he/him for them until they're a bit closer to apprenticeship and can look into and develop who they are gender wise ICly. I think it would be cute if they end up with a trans role model who ends up talking to them about all the confusing gender stuff, even if their experience may not be the exact same.
