  • Hello, and welcome to the RiverClan Mass Adopts for Winter 2023-2024, make sure to read the apps listed properly before applying! Some are set as FCFS ( first come, first serve ; accepted by the RiverClan Official account ) and others as application slots ( let people apply, and you pick who gets them! ) So be sure to review the rules of each adopt!

    Age/Aging Rules: 3 moons / realistic aging on the 1st of every month & parents can be any age, 24 moons or above!

    Sire: SH charcoal rosette tabby (carrying solid, dilute)
    Dam: SH blue smoke (carrying non-silver)

    Kits can be black, blue, charcoal tabby, black smoke, blue smoke, or silver charcoal tabby
    - kits will be shorthaired
    - kits will have no white
    - kits can have any realistic eye color besides blue
    - charcoal tabbies will display rosette pattern
    - charcoal tabbies will carry solid; non-dilute kits will carry dilute; silver/smoke kits will carry non-silver

    What Are Your Adopt Rules?: - must remain active in riverclan! kits must have river/riverclan-themed names to fit with eelkit! no naming theme is required for parents! would prefer everyone to communicate in a family thread/discord chat for plotting! this will be a happy family! there should not be any major drama!

    What Are Your Adopt Rules?:
    — semi-active character, 3-4 posts per month at best
    — the name is up to the user before joining ( ex-ripple colony member ) and after joining riverclan
    — triggering themes such as mental + physical abuse
    — this character is cocky, harsh, aggressive, rude, confident, stoic and violent but puts on an act far different that what his son sees. he's prideful and downright nasty ( will provide a few examples if requested on past character actions against his son ), but you have free will to do anything with this information or change it, however, you see fit to better play the character !

    — Casual activity is fine, but at least the minimum post count to remain on the census is required. 2 months without any posting with no notice will result in the sibling being rehomed.
    — There's no naming themes! Feel free to give them any name.
    — All of them had been born as kittypets, so the backstory on how they joined Riverclan is up to you! At this point in time they would already have been within the clan for some moons and been given clan names.
    — Pikesplash wouldn't recognize them or know who they are. Whether or not they reach out to tell him is up to you!

    Age/Aging Rules: 22 moons, ages realistically on the 17th of every month
    Genetics:
    lh blue with low white x sh brown classic tabby with low white (carrying dilute, solid, longhair)
    kits can be black, blue, brown tabby, or blue tabby
    - kits can be shorthaired or longhaired
    - kits can have no white, low white, or high white
    - kits without white can have any realistic eye color barring blue; kits with white can have any realistic eye color
    - tabby kits will be classic tabbies
    - shorthair kits will carry longhair; non-dilute kits will carry dilute; tabby kits will carry solid

    What Are Your Adopt Rules?: -

    — Former ripple colony members prior to joining Riverclan, these kits do not know their biological parents but were raised by adoptive parents. They would have been part of the colony during the move from mountains and part of the beaver confrontation.

    Age: 40+ moons
    Short Description: A she-cat who took in Cedarblaze along with her littermates when their biological parents had left them under the care of the Ripple Colony. Any personality and appearance!
    History: Ultimately up to the rper, but Cedarblaze along with her littermates would have had an adoptive father. Said father is deceased. This character doesn't need to have been mates with the deceased tom, but it is welcome. Again, up to the rper!

  • Red Water Rogues [Slots - Unlimited]
    These are adopts for an upcoming plot for RiverClan, they must be warrior-aged (12+ Moons) and must be rogues (the difference in a rogue and a loner is that a rogue is openly hostile).

    Requirements for these rogues are as follows:
    - They will not be joining RiverClan, however they may be used in future plots down the line after this initial one.
    - These rogues will not be permitted to join another clan to avoid clan political tension due too what this plot entails. They must remain rogues.
    - You are welcome to make longterm characters or simply make fun fodder for this plot! Both are fine!
    - You may make rogues to be as 'evil' or 'morally gray' as you would like, but it should be kept in mind they will be the 'antagonists' of this plot.
    - Your rogue will either die or be run off by the end of the plot depending on what you would like.
    - You CAN use an existing rogue character you have but you must still apply like normal! Link their subaccount as well!

    These are FCFS! Please supply a basic form of your idea!

  • These unlimited slots for colony cats who joined RiverClan back during THIS plot adoption. We are allowing a few more to be backwritten in under the following conditions:

    ❆ These cats must have integrated into RiverClan without issue or altercation. A plot has already been resolved regarding Colony cats who were exiled for speaking out against clan life so the ones left must be loyal to RiverClan without question!
    ❆ The cats must be apprentice aged and up! Kittens from this plot would have already been made apprentices by now!
    ❆ They must have clan names now! All the colony cats were forced to take on clan names when they joined with no exceptions!

    These are FCFS! Please supply a basic form of your idea! The Colony cats are elligible for a BADGE once they are on the census.

personality: mostly will be discovered through rp, but would be one of the "evil" rogues. Planned to potentially die or get really badly injured in the end!

Appearance: SH Lilac Ticked Tabby w/ Low White
Personality: Was very mean as a kid, is now more bitter due to also being abandoned by their mother. Still not a good cat, as he became a rogue, and will take advantage of anyone he needs to. Sides more on morally grey than outright evil. Whether he dies or just runs off will depend on how the plot goes!

personality: will be more thoroughly developed through actual play, but to start off she will come off as incredibly curious and devout both to her own traditions and absorbing as much of riverclan's culture as she can. she was very likely horrified by the actions of deacon and sasha and has been even more dedicated lately as a result.

Age: 5 moons (born June 1st)
Gender: Male (He/Him)
Appearance: lh blue domestic feline w/ low white and ocean blue eyes / reference
Personality: The sweetest little soul that has ever existed, Wavepaw doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He's filled with boundless energy and never fails to look on the bright side of things. He believes there's good in everyone and would find it hard to condemn anyone, even in the most dire of circumstances. It would wake quite a lot to fall from his good graces. He makes it his daily mission to brighten the lives of everyone around him and strives to one day be a positive force among the ranks of Riverclan's warriors. However, his naivety and kindness shouldn't be mistaken for weakness; while he doesn't outright distrust cats outside of Riverclan, he also will not tolerate any disrespect or ill-will towards his clan. He will always take every situation in his laid-back stride, but he knows how to step up and defend his home when necessary. For him, violence is always just the last resort.
Other: Wavepaw was only a few weeks old when the colony cats joined Riverclan and as such has no memory of his former life, and believes himself to be as true a member of the clan as anyone <3

appearance: Massive long haired cinnamon tabby she-cat with multitudes of battle scars littering her ragged coat. Dull green eyes and a scarred muzzle.
personality: Grouchy and snide with a distinct hatred for any cat she deems annoying. I.E. crying kits or mouthy teens. Finds kittypets to be the bane of her existence and clan cats idealist fanatics. Believes punishment and fear are the only way to gain obedience and Starclan is a joke. Trained up her own nephew (Hush) to be a nasty individual. Will not be friendly towards any cat even within her group or personal friends/family. She follows her own set standards with little exception. Speaks in a slurred manner due to her mouth injury and gets pissed when rushed or ignored.
other: She will only briefly be alive and used for plot fodder!

Age: 23 moons
Gender: Nonbinary, they/them
Appearance: Red tabby / blue tabby chimera w high white ref
Personality: Petty, petulant, childish, playful. Has an inferiority complex that they express through cruelty. Almost comically blood-thirsty, enjoys the measure of control and fun granted by gratuitous violence. Very physical in their affection and hostility alike.
Other: Deaf in one ear (the non-chewed one)

Appearance: LH Chocolate Tortie ref
Personality: Quiet, abrasive, bitter, cold-shouldered, silently disdained, deeply loyal
Other: Has some knowledge of her previous life, and as such, misses who they were before Riverclan. Will be expanding upon this through threads.

notes: cold, unforgiving, guarded, prefers solitude over larger groups but will tolerate large groups as a means to an end. more of a bodyguard type, she will stand by those she believes to be in the right even through the terrible atrocities they may commit, and thus appears trustworthy. enjoys power and will do what she has to to reach it, using charisma she has developed over the moons to climb to the top. finds the clans to be annoying, primarily because they occupy her former home, and so grudgingly joins the rogue group.

Other: I think she'll probably just be plot fodder / open to die at the end of this, but that may change depending on how the plot plays out!

appearance: Third Child is a medium-furred brown tabby with a white locket on their chest and single white foot. Has dull yellow eyes.
personality: While often perceived as sardonic and blasé, Third Child is actually putting up a front to hide their earnest and often gullible nature. They have a genuine belief in fate and the inevitability of things that often times drives them to extreme and dangerous actions. Third Child makes snap judgements and is rare to waver from initial assessments—if they decide they trust you, they will continue to do so even in the face of betrayal. On the flip side, no amount of kindness or goodwill can make them start trusting someone they have deemed trustworthy
