THUNDERCLAN SPARRING COMPETITION

Inspired by Muddly's RiverClan thread

With the rising tensions between ThunderClan and its neighboring Clans, Roaringsun pitches for a sparring tournament to be held in order to assess the fighting skills of his clanmates and himself. In the midst of Leafbare, the Clan must be prepared to face their enemies in battle to reclaim their lost territory - lest they end up with more wounded cats during the harshest season of the year. . .

INFORMATION RULES SIGN-UP FORM

• 
  Sign-ups will close 7TH of January. The first thread will be up 9TH of January and following posts will go up when all winners are determined (OOCly), to keep things moving smoothly.
  
  The matches will all happen in the same thread. Then, there will be another thread for those who advanced to round two. So on and so forth until we get to the finals.
  
  Opponents will be randomly chosen by the trusty wheel of names in bracket formation — NPCpelt will face off Exampleclaw in battle, and the winner then gets to face whoever wins the Characterstep x Warriortail spar. This is entirely dependent on number of people participating and may be subject to change!
  
  The winner is determined by a 3d20 roll! The admin who rolls the highest wins the spar and moves on to the next round. Rolls can only be done when each thread goes up, and not in advance.
  
  The spar must be done in 6 posts ( 3 posts each ) max. You're more than welcome to plan it out with your opponent before writing it all down.
• 
  1.) Only cats 9 moons and older may participate. Apprentices will be paired against apprentices OR young warriors depending on age.
  
  2.) Only one character per admin, so we're not flooded with too many ocs! Subject to change depending on interest.
  
  3.) There is no set time to reply to the thread(s), and you may continue to roleplay even after characters have moved to the next round; but please make sure to communicate with your opponent! We are all adults with lives outside of TT.
  
  4.) Any and all injuries must be NON LETHAL (Obviously)!!! That said, yes, you may have your character be injured during their spar; though depending on the severity, they may need to sit out of following rounds! If needed, check with Gentlestorm (andy/bosstaurus #boss-barn channel on discord!)

HOW WOULD YOU RATE THEIR COMBAT SKILLS (LOW, AVG, HIGH)?: Average! To be more specific, she could likely be considered average-high due to her larger-than-average size. She also has been training for months. The main thing that holds Merlinpaw back is her hesitance and her lack of true battle experience.
