[ ༻ ☾ ༺ ] Echokit wandered further from the nursery, wondering aimlessly around the camp as ears perked up and her head swayed back and forth. At first, she had been looking for Willowroot, to see what they had to bring for the day but something else caught the kit's attention as she paused, something wet, and cold touched her paw (presumably a puddle) and the girl blinked a bit before deciding to pounce into it, water spraying everywhere making the girl giggle slightly before she continued splashing water around, not noticing if she got anyone else around her sprayed with water. Her fluffy tail swishes from side to side as she crouches into the puddle before pouncing once more, landing into the center of the puddle water spraying everywhere.

Droplets of water fell off the kit's whiskers before she paused and looked up, blinking as she heard approaching paw steps, and without taking a second thought the girl would aim to splash whoever had been approaching. "Gotcha!" she exclaimed happily before moving into another crouched position focusing on where the pawsteps were coming from, water droplets falling off the kit's fur from all of her splashing within the water. From what she remembered in the queens chatter and warriors, she'd be able to be apprenticed soon but that didn't stop her from playing around in puddles of water until then!

Within hesitated seconds, the queen was soaked. She had been moving to keep an eye on one of the kits in the nursery she was attempting to help with, perhaps much to Robinheart's scolding that she needed to be resting, and Echokit hadn't bothered to look before water- puddle water, at that, soaked her muzzle, front, and forelegs. Claythorn stood, all but stunning for a moment, then a bit apprehensive- I'm going to need help grooming. Again.

A long sigh left her, and mismatched goldens looked up at Echokit who was still playing with puddle water. It was harmless, really, and just a kit played, but she was going to need help, again. "Having fun, Echokit?" She meowed quietly, moving to sit and wrap her tail around her paws. Please, no more splashing. I can't keep up.

  Her eyes wander towards Echokit, certain that the answer to the queen's question is a resounding 'yes.' She was far older than that even and still could find entertainment in a good splash-fight. Besides... this child was pretty much bound for the apprentice's den already and the reminder that their play translated into real skills might be a help. Even if the torbie she-cat wouldn't be mentoring anytime soon, there was no reason to deprive her of the consideration. Might even help her redirect the energy of her own litter soon enough....
