I don’t understand Gatherings. Befriending a cute boy I’m only allowed to meet once a month, if that, qualifies as torture. IMO.

actually, the warrior code says nothing about it. it allows for others to have friendships between clans as long as they remain loyal to their clan. it's just openly discouraged and was implemented as word for word, "but your loyalty must remain to your clan as you may face them in battle one day"!
