BIG CONTENT WARNING FOR TUGGER: Tugger's story going forward will include many themes of violent mental illness, destructive habits and coping mechanisms, and abuse.
I would like to impart that Tugger is a fictional character and while his story is planned to include a redemption arc, if you know somebody like this in real life, I highly encourage you to step away from them. I do not condone the actions of this character, no matter how much I love him.
I also want to impart that PTSD and other mental illnesses do not inherently make a person evil, abusive, or violent, nor do I believe that all war veterans or people that suffer great tragedy can become / do become as volatile as Tugger is.
If any of this is potentially triggering to you, I do advise that you take care while tracking Tugger's story or interacting with him. It will not hurt my feelings if you can not interact with this character due to the plots and ideas I have set forth.

Tugger, in a phrase, is an interesting creature. Borne a purebred Persian, Tugger has all the hallmarks of his breed.... for better or worse. His most notable aspect is his flattened muzzle, both a trademark of his lineage and the greatest indicator of the ginger tom. If you can stop staring at his squished face - seriously, did he run into a door or something? - you'll find that Tugger is not altogether unpleasant.
In build, he is surprisingly muscular - toned, even - with powerful hindlegs that aid well to his chosen group. Powerful legs end in oddly delicate paws with perfect kept toes, because of course, Tugger would never be seen with tufted toes.
He is warm ginger in tone, perhaps even golden in direct sunlight. His eyes, though angled and sometimes hidden within the folds of his face, are a dark brown - often mistaken for black if one isn't paying close attention. His pelt are face are littered with scars, including a particularly nasty one that spans from his left ear to the right of his chin.

↳ tugger is known for being a king of thorns. he has a famously barbed tongue from which few are safe from. even cats that could be considered close to him are seen getting a lashing occasionally.
Though far removed from his more extravagant lifestyle, Tugger hasn't quite let go of the more unsavory aspects of his former life. As a former show-cat, Tugger often finds himself judging cats that were born outside of the kitty-pet life and looks down upon those who have never been collared. He is a cat whose respect absolutely must be earned, and his approval is not something that is given lightly. It is not uncommon for Tugger to turn up his malformed muzzle at someone for nary more than a hair out of place or a pedigree that begins and ends in the forest. -

Backstory
Crimsonbite was borne as the Rum-Tum-Tugger. Born to be a show-cat, champion's blood runs in his veins. He is purebred and perfect in every way, according to Persian breeders. He lived a cushy life among the upper echelons of show cat society and was pampered and prized as both a pet and a stud until tragedy fell upon his human family. A hurricane blew over their neighborhood and a tree destroyed their home. If his family survived, Tugger did not know. He was stranded under rubble for days and by the time he was able to free himself, his owners were gone. It was Rain who took him in then, and for that, Tugger owed the older cat his life.
Tugger stayed by Rain's side right up until his death during the Great Battle, where Rain was killed by Cicadastar - then Distant Cicada. During the Great Battle, Tugger attempted to attack and kill the marsh group leader, Briar, and instead killed her mate, Amber, who jumped in to save her. In the aftermath of Rain's death, Tugger decided to stay in SkyClan under Blazestar's leadership and was given the name "Crimsonbite," for his skill in battle and red coat.
After the Great Battle, Crimsonbite's mate, Honeytwist, went missing after telling him that she was expecting kits. She had been called to be WindClan's first medicine cat, infuriating Crimsonbite, who saw it as the ultimate betrayal after Sootstar killed his nephew, Haze. He had an awkward, heated encounter with Honeytwist some moons after she was exiled from WindClan for attacking the ShadowClan medicine cat, Bonejaw.
After learning of Honeytwist's betrayal, Crimsonbite struck-up a half-hearted and one-sided romance with the she-cat Deersong. Uninterested in her in a romantic sense, Crimsonbite led her on and allowed her to believe what she wanted about their relationship as a distraction - though this prompted a rivalry with Deersong's close friend, Vermillionsun. After a particularly heated argument about Vermillionsun, Crimsonbite struck Deersong across the face, causing her to end their failing relationship. Months later, Crimsonbite apologized to Deersong and the two decided to work on a real friendship, agreeing that their romance was never meant to be.
After a walk with Deersong, the two discover the remains of Centipedepaw, who was carried off by a rogue. They report back to Blazestar, who is sure that Vermillionsun - who left SkyClan to form his own rogue group - is behind the apprentice's death. Blazestar rallies Thistleback, Crimsonbite, Squallmist, and Coyotepaw to confront the former SkyClanner.
