INTRO PROMPTS
  • Welcome back to school, WindClan! It’s that time of the year, and the HP team decided now would be a good time to get out an event we’ve been holding onto for some time: alphabet prompts! Though this isn’t a spelling bee, it is a fun game meant to push your writing in perhaps unexpected directions with a list of vocabulary words. 26, in fact! Though there are multiple words for each letter of the alphabet, you only get credit for one.

    At 50%, or 13 letters used, you will receive our fun badge and a simple bust / headshot! At 100%, meaning all 26 letters used, you will receive the badge and a fullbody! Please be aware that depending on how many people complete these milestones, art may take a while. We’ll still do our best to be timely about it! We just ask for patience as we work.


    01. The way you complete these prompts is up to you! You can cram all 26 into one single thread, or spread them all out across a number of them, as long as you finish everything before the deadline for these prompts is up.
    02. We encourage some depth and thought as you go into these prompts. While this is by no means a high stakes prompt list and there are no specific requirements, it would encourage more involvement by others as well if you put some effort in!
    03. Do not spam the board just to finish all of these! Give some breathing room between your finished prompts.
    04. The current due date for these is September 20th, Friday. We might give an extension if we feel it is needed.
    05. Please make these words pop in your posts! Be it a highlight, underline, color, or something else, it would be helpful to see them clearly as we check.
    06. Keep track of your words used in this thread, with a link to applicable posts!
