SKYCLAN UNITY EVENT

INTRODUCTION ☘

Welcome to SkyClan's January 2024 Unity Event! After recent rogue sightings and an ambush on one of SkyClan's patrols, the Clan needs to unite to drive these dangerous cats out once and for all! Together, we will make sure our camp is safe, our warriors and most vulnerable are strong and prepared, and our territory is rogue-free! The point of this event is unity—together, we will make sure our Clan is safe and strong, from the youngest kit to the fiercest warrior!

There will be a badge for successfully participating in this event, courtesy of Deja and Floppie! :)

RULES ☘

- You will complete a prompt from at least TWO CATEGORIES to earn the badge!
- These prompts can be completed through making threads or replying to threads! For this event, one-shots do not count.
- In order to receive the badge, you must reply to at least two threads you did not make! We want to make sure everyone is plotting with one another and getting involved!
- Use a tracker for your threads and replies below this post!
- The deadline for this event is January 28th, so get everything done and tracked by then!

CATEGORIES ☘

☘ STRENGTHENING CAMP CARING FOR THE VULNERABLE DRIVING OUT THE ROGUES
  • - A recent storm leaves the dens in camp tattered and worn-down—time for repairs! Feel free to recruit tiny paws for small tasks!
    - Our camp needs strong barriers! Collect supplies and reinforce the fern-and-bramble barrier guarding camp!
    - We need to make sure we're keeping our strength up! Ensure the fresh-kill pile is free of crowfood and make sure it's well-stocked!
    - After a heavy snow, camp is filled to the brim with it! Organize a clean-up patrol and start shovelling!
    - We can't be too careful—let's set up Perimeter Alarms (leaving leaves/sticks/noisy stuff for enemies to step on)
    - After the attack, we'll want to make sure our camp is guarded! Sign up for Guard Duty!

  • - Battles mean wounds! Go on herb patrols with the medicine cats to help replenish their stocks!
    - Our most vulnerable still need to be fed in the midst of all this—hunt and bring back prey for the queens, kits, medicine cats, and injured Clanmates!
    - Collect nest material and clean out old bedding for those who can't or are too busy to do it themselves!
    - Let the queens have a break—go babysit the kits and keep them entertained!
    - Make sure we're not neglecting the medicine cats—they need fresh bedding and fresh-kill too!
    - The kittypets and loners in the Twolegplace may not know of the dangers; let's go on a patrol to warn them and maybe gather some information!
    - The kits will be curious—while you're entertaining them, regale them with tales about the rogues!
    - Little minds need to stay busy too—give the kits some important jobs so they can help SkyClan out, too!

  • - It's time to set some traps for these dastardly rogues. Dig some holes to cover, arrange for snow to fall from the trees, or anything else you can think of!
    - We need to make sure we have the rogues' scents; practice your tracking, but be careful!
    - Inevitably, there are going to be rogues looking to finish what they started. Be careful on these border skirmishes and watch out for ambushes!
    - We'll need to send out multiple patrols to make sure our territory is rogue-free! Look for signs further inside our border.
    - Our skills have to stay sharp! Practice your battle moves with your Clanmates.
    - Our queens, kits, and medicine cats should be shown some defensive moves just in case something happens!
    - Finally, once we're completely prepared, it's time to drive those rogues away from SkyClan once and for all!
